Sorry for the inconvenience kindly do the desired as i'm behind on my IT filing.

        As per assessment made by Assessing officer at ward 1(1) Noida (up) I am to pay Tax of RS 136000/- for the year 2010-11. This is intimated by income tax dept CPC Bangalore under section (145). I have not received intimation under section 143(1) so far from my assessing officer . I have written number of letters to my assessing officer at NOIDA during last two years but received NO reply.As per my assessment, I should get refund of RS13200/-. Probably assessing officer has not taken into account a sum of RS 100000/- deposited as self assessment. This amount is also reflected in Form 26AS. Please advise. I have been raising request since 12-12-13 for Income Tax refund of AY 2012-13 which is Rs.10091/- under ?ITR-1 on date 24.07.2012 ASK no: [protected] in Income Tax Ward/Circle II - 3 in ITO Faridabad. I have been following up with Income Tax department Faridabad since Dec 2013 and have sent multiple applications and met them personally latest by[protected] and yet not received the amount till date.             Yet, I did not receive my Income Tax return refund of Rs.16362 for the year[protected]assessment year[protected]. My PAN number is AAOPW5743L. From April 2006 onwards I was outside India hence it was difficult for me to go to IT department at Bangalore and ask for it. Many a times, I had mailed to [protected]@sbi.co.in found on some google page to ask for IT return refund claim but I did not receive any response. Now, I am helpless to claim my return hence came across this site for filing a complaint. Being in Pune, I cannot go to IT department in Bangalore and ask them for it.                         I have being in problem with my income tax return from last 4 years. Would appreciate your help in solving it. There is an outstanding tax demand of 852 Rs on my name since[protected]. This tax demand was in error from income tax department. This error had come in newspapers of[protected] as well. IT department had incorrectly calculated the tax and demanded extra tax to many people that year. Way back then I did submit a letter to the income tax department to rectify this mistake but until now it’s not done. My IT file still shows outstanding demand of Rs 852 due to which from last 2-3 years every time I file return for refund, Rs 852 gets deducted from it. I have not received my refund for assessment year[protected] for amount of 2, 470. I have received refund for assessment year[protected] but you have deducted the 852 Rs from my refund amount. Same with the previous years as well. Rs 852 was deducted from my account couple of times in last few years. My PAN no is AGYPA7741A. I am currently based in London from last 2 years hence I cannot personally come and submit a letter but I have already submitted couple of letters on these issues from year 2009 to 2012.                           I was filing my income tax return in ITO 4(4), Thane (M.S.) till 2005. Later i changed my job in Vapi (Gujarat) and filed my return with ITO Vapi Ward -1,
                          During A.Y. 2004-05 I had income tax refund of Rs. 9260/- which I have not received till date. I send reminder but not received reply when inquired it was been told that since return is being filed at Vapi ITO, so it would have been done at Vapi itself, which Vapi ITO clearly denied being return was manually filed. Checking with Vapi ITO, no file is received and any such matter are handled by concerned ITO, as return was filed manually.
                          Request to look into above and help for refund of above amount to undersigned.

                            Sir, I need help and suggestions about wrong printing of father's name on PAN CARD. My father's name is MD AZIR UDDIN AHMED according to my all education certificates. But in Pan Card its printed as MOHAMMED AZIR UDDIN AHMAD. They said, MD cant be printed on Pan Card, because its in abbreviate form, and pan doesn't allows abbreviate forms. Any solutions, please help !!

Rohtas Bihar under Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara. and I have applied for PAN and the department had allotted PAN AHOPS5720L and I am filling my return regularly to Income Tax Department. I had applied for Duplicate issue of My PAN Card to Department, after enquiry the massage was flashed that "PAN provided in your request for 'New PAN card and/or Change/Correction in PAN Data' has been deleted / deactivated by Income Tax Department and is under examination at ITD." I contact to Income Tax Department at Sasaram and they have verbally told me that your name and father's name also match with PAN No. [protected]@ under ITO Ward 4(1) at Patna. In above case only Name is matched but I think DOB & Father’s Name are not matched. I also informed you that I never resided at Patna and served at Patna. I am the resident of Dehri-on-sone, Rohtas, Bihar and submit my return to ITO, Sasaram. you are requested that kindly activate my above card. My Pan Card attached with the grievance.                                     I live in USA. I was applying for new PAN card. I filled out all the details needed in the online form and before I track down the transaction no. the page went on the bank account details. Then I filled the transaction details. 1st two times I filled out the correct details but it did not accept. 3 rd time I filled the details of same bank and press enter the message popped up "session expired". It was AXIS bank debit card I had used. So thinking that the session was expired, I filled up form again and did the same procedure and finally I got my transaction number and 15 digit number as well as application page to be printed. But now my bank shows 2 transaction of amount Rs.962.00 (for NRI address) So basically due to wrong error on website I mistakenly filled two forms of same person and got two transactions on my bank account. I called Pune office immediately but no one answered as it was night in India so I called them sharp at 9 AM when Pune office opened but Mr. Rohit said you should have called immediately. Now please tell me what how should I get in touch with him immediately after office hours that also in midnight.That too I called and no one answered the call neither they have answering machine. Are you kidding me? I sent an email too. They never gave my money back for my one failed application. I am mad because they charged me where it was not my mistake. They knew it happened due to error message. I am really upset with it.
                                    I APPLIED PANCARD FOR MY SON ON 6/12/14 BUT DUE TO NOT RECEIVED DATA, I AGAIN APPLIED SECOND TIME AND THEN FIRST DOWNLOAD RECEIVED. BUT IN THE PROCESS I HAVE PAID TWO TIME.NO.1 TRAGECTION DONE THROUGH SBI CREDIT CARD AND TRANSATION NO. [protected](107.42) AND SECOND BY NET BANKING SBI AND THE T. NO.[protected].49).

                                      Subject : Recently I came to know that “Form16” which I have received from my Company Carfax Investments Private Limited situated at 9/1, Middleton Street, Kolkata –700071 since 01st April 2009 and same was deposited to your Income Tax department along with my I.T. Return. This “Form16” is incorrect/wrong.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      FACT ON RECORD
                                      I have received “Form 16” (which is incomplete) from my Company Carfax Investments Private Limited at 9/1, Middleton Street, Kolkata – 700071 since 01st April 2009 onwards and same was deposited to your Income Tax department along with my I.T. Return. In the form16 EPF deduction column is blank, that column is to be filled up by company before handover to me, and it is mandatory(My company said this form16 is correct). I like to know the real fact.

                                      I like to inform you that I am facing a lot of problems over the issue of FORM16. Since long I am “Fighting for the right”.

                                      I am Shyamal Kumar Sarkar, my PAN No.CJSPS7027Q

                                      I am an Ex-Serviceman from Indian Air Force and now I am working in Carfax Investments Private Limited as a “Office Assistant” at 9/1, Middleton Street, Kolkata – 700071 a sister concern of City Centre Properties Private Limited.

                                      Last 4 to 5 years I am trying for my house loan from nationalized bank(SBI & UBI). I could not able to get it because of my Company did not fulfilled my right which I am supposed to get from my company as per Income Tax law.

                                      Since 01st April 2009(F. Year[protected] I am getting “Form16” from my Company and that was deposited to Income Tax department under section 15(3) along with my I.T. Return.

                                      As per my knowledge/I.T. rule, whoever get Form16 he should be on the Company’s payroll and must get all the facilities. Unfortunately I never get the payments/facilities etc. as per Company’s rule where others recipients of Form16 are enjoying, it is totally illegal. At the same time Professional Tax also not being cut from my payments by the Company for deposit to the Government office. Since then I am losing a lot of money per month and my future also not secure, which I have explained to my company in my letter on 03rd August 2013. I have repeatedly requested to my company by letter/verbally for my above demand, but I have not received any positive response from other side.

                                      1) Please note that as per my Company’s agreement is ‘Contract’ basis and my salary is ‘consolidated salary’(now I feel this is a controversial agreement, at present situation there was no option rather I accept it).It is also written in my agreement that if “Any dispute arising from or out of this contract shall be referred to Arbitration by a single Arbitrator. The Arbitration proceeding shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 with its amendments as the case may be. The Arbitrator shall be appointed by us. The site of Arbitration shall be Kolkata.”
                                      I like to inform you that a contract person cannot get “FORM 16” in any case, only salaried person can get it, whose basic minimum salary is at least Rs.6, 500/- per month. Who is on Company’s payroll. My question is that the above facts supports my claim and nobody can points out that I am a contract person ! Is this not a injustice to me ?
                                      I think, I am the only employee in West Bengal(maybe)who is getting “Form16” but not eligible for EPF and other benefits from the Company.

                                      Controversial points:
                                      As per the agreement I have received every month’s Basic salary only, no DA is given to me. Other allowances like HRA, Medical, LTA etc. extra I have received as per date mentioned in the agreement (which was revised time to time) by cash as a token of love without sign any voucher.
                                      In this connection please note :
                                      a) Consolidated Salary and Gross salary are the same.
                                      b) Gross Salary is with all allowance like Dearness Allowance, HRA, Vehicle allowance etc.
                                      I have submitted my income tax return along with Form16 of Carfax Investments Private Limited since 01.04.2009 onwards and other documents(my defense pension documents etc.) in time. Unfortunately Income Tax department also did not ask me to amend “incomplete Form16”.
                                      I went to Nationalized Bank(SBI&UBI)for my house loan.They checked my I.T. Return and said it is incorrect because in the “Form16 EPF deduction” column is not filled up which is mandatory. They also asked me weather my company is cutting Professional Tax on my payments or not.
                                      SBI asked me to go to Income Tax department and rectify I.T. Return/FORM16 before apply for house loan.

                                      I met Income Tax Officer u/s section 15(3), at that time I explained my problem also. They have agreed that, the Bank’s statement is right. They ask me to “lodge a complaint” then only they can solve this problem otherwise I can go to RTI Office for proper information. I was disagree with them, because I have faith on my company. Now I feel that my decision was wrong !
                                      In this situation Income Tax department advice me to approach/request my company for rectification.
                                      But my company neither listen nor accept my request.

                                      What is Form 16?

                                      It is a certificate issued to you by your employer stating the details of the salary you have earnedand the tax deducted on your behalf and paid to the government.
                                      If you are an employee of the company (which means you are on the company's payroll), you should receive your Form 16 by April 30 every year

                                      How strange ! last four years I have submitted the same, no question was arise so far.
                                      I do not know what to do now. My question is that if Form16 is not correct then how can I rectify it ? Let me know whether EPF reflectionis mandatory in the ‘FORM 16’ or not ?

                                      If my purpose is not fulfilled then why I should file the Income Tax Return to Government of India ?

Return. This “Form16” is incorrect/wrong.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      FACT ON RECORD
                                      I have received “Form 16” (which is incomplete) from my Company Carfax Investments Private Limited at 9/1, Middleton Street, Kolkata – 700071 since 01st April 2009 onwards and same was deposited to your Income Tax department along with my I.T. Return. In the form16 EPF deduction column is blank, that column is to be filled up by company before handover to me, and it is mandatory(My company said this form16 is correct). I like to know the real fact.

                                      I like to inform you that I am facing a lot of problems over the issue of FORM16. Since long I am “Fighting for the right”.

                                      I am Shyamal Kumar Sarkar, my PAN No.CJSPS7027Q

                                      I am an Ex-Serviceman from Indian Air Force and now I am working in Carfax Investments Private Limited as a “Office Assistant” at 9/1, Middleton Street, Kolkata – 700071 a sister concern of City Centre Properties Private Limited.

                                      Last 4 to 5 years I am trying for my house loan from nationalized bank(SBI & UBI). I could not able to get it because of my Company did not fulfilled my right which I am supposed to get from my company as per Income Tax law.

                                      Since 01st April 2009(F. Year[protected] I am getting “Form16” from my Company and that was deposited to Income Tax department under section 15(3) along with my I.T. Return.

                                      As per my knowledge/I.T. rule, whoever get Form16 he should be on the Company’s payroll and must get all the facilities. Unfortunately I never get the payments/facilities etc. as per Company’s rule where others recipients of Form16 are enjoying, it is totally illegal. At the same time Professional Tax also not being cut from my payments by the Company for deposit to the Government office. Since then I am losing a lot of money per month and my future also not secure, which I have explained to my company in my letter on 03rd August 2013. I have repeatedly requested to my company by letter/verbally for my above demand, but I have not received any positive response from other side.

                                      1) Please note that as per my Company’s agreement is ‘Contract’ basis and my salary is ‘consolidated salary’(now I feel this is a controversial agreement, at present situation there was no option rather I accept it).It is also written in my agreement that if “Any dispute arising from or out of this contract shall be referred to Arbitration by a single Arbitrator. The Arbitration proceeding shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 with its amendments as the case may be. The Arbitrator shall be appointed by us. The site of Arbitration shall be Kolkata.”
                                      I like to inform you that a contract person cannot get “FORM 16” in any case, only salaried person can get it, whose basic minimum salary is at least Rs.6, 500/- per month. Who is on Company’s payroll. My question is that the above facts supports my claim and nobody can points out that I am a contract person ! Is this not a injustice to me ?

                                      Respected sir,
                                      This is one of the most corrupted case ever happened in India. Income Tax rule never accept this type of illegal work.
                                      I am waiting for your decision.
                                      Sir, please note this year[protected] F.Year) also I have received wrong Form 16 from my Company and I have paid Income Tax Rs. 449/-. Please note they neither obey I.T.rule nor follow their own rule, how strange ! dictatorship is going on.
                                      I like to inform you that whatever money I am getting from my company that is white money and it is reflected in my I.T. return. I doubt the said company's money is white money or not ! because this money is not reflected in company's payroll, accounts or any voucher. Which is totally against the I.T.rule. I am Form 16 holder of the company, why I will not get all the facility like others Form 16 holders ? Is this not a injustice to me ? Since 2009 onwards I am losing a lot of money, if I claim this is it wrong demand as per Income Tax law ?
                                      Please take up the matter / do something against the Corruption.
