[Resolved] India Post — Non receipt of MIS passbook on transfer

My mother Anita Sengupta, was staying at Madhyamgram, Kolkata 700129 and was having a Monthly Income Scheme of Rs. 200000 and was getting interest every month there. Following my father's death, it was decided that she would stay with me in New Panvel, Navi Mumbai 410206. She applied for transfer of her MIS account to head post office of New Panvel on 19.04.2008. Her MIS accont number is 105313 Till today, i.e 02.07.2008, that MIS passbook and related documents have not reached New Panvel Post office. I was told that the book was sent to Barasat head post office for sending to New Panvel ut no one is giving me any date or registration number. Sir, i smt B LALITHA KUMARI resident of BHEL RCPURAM ,HYDERABAD (AP) have joined monthly income scheme by paying 2.5 lacs in postal office in APR2010 in RC PURAM (HE) (PIN 502032) branch(a/c no 23427).On 15 may 2010 I have applied for transfer of same account to my native place i.e REPALLE(AP-GUNTUR DIST) ,till date my account has not reached its destinationaboutjust300 KM away from HYDERABAD, inspite of my repeated appeals SANGAREDDY( SO ) 502001 ,branch is not taking any action .Since these 3 and half months i am facing many financial hardshipsSANGAREDDY ( SO ) 502001, branch assistant superintendent who is responsible for that branch is stating that he cannot do any thing and i can report anywhere, since i am lady i requestPOSTMASTER GENERAL (MEDAK- DIST )please look into this matter do the needful as early as possible

Personal — Non Receipt of RD Passbook on transfer

Sir,

I am having a RD of Rs.500/- per month (total amount 6500/-) at Tapri Post Office 172104, Kinnaur Dist. Himachal Pradesh and . My Account No. is 207271. Following my transfer to Shahabad, Dist. Gulbarga
I applied for transfer of RD a/c to Shahabad ACC Post Office - 585229 on 21.07.2010 and they sent the passbook vide RL 160 dt. 21.7.10.

Till today i.e 16.12.2010 the pass book and related documents have not reached Shahabad ACC Post Office.

May please help.

POSTAL COMPLAINT — Registered Parcel Sent to Australia on 24.9.11 not received till date

I have sent a registered parcel vide receipt no. 75458092 dated 24.9.11 through Main Post Office, Near Bus Stand, Yamunanagar, (weight 9kg.100 gm.-amount Rs.2735/-), to my son Karun Dhiman at Adelaide, South Australia. But I am sorry to say that, it has not delivered to my son till todate.

Pl look into the matter on priority basis and let me know its delivery/status immediately.
