I have sent a crossed DD for Rs.2 lakhs to my father for registration of a land at nagpur through speed Post with proper address on 11.07.08 at 15:42 from ICF Colony Post Office and till date i.e 16.07.08 (12.00 hrs) my father has not received the Speed Post. What am I to do. I am very stressed and upset as today the money has to be give before registration.

I sent a SP lr to ND but the lr has not reached its destination.Complaints to the PO are useless. Suddenly I find that they have removed my SP # from their tracking details.What do I presume ...delivered/lost.

I lodged a complaint but that does not show any reaction even after 3 msgs on the site.The letter posted on 29/12/09 at Mumbai to ND is still on its way/lost??? It was an important letter and it is costly to get fresh dates as my certificate stands expired.

Our Depts are least concerned abt the common man's problems.
Why cant they take email msg, phone/SMS msgs , take cheques instead of DD...as DD costs Rs 30 at SBI even for below Rs100..

And why cant interact with the concerned individual.Now what will I do???

Govt Depts really work only at their pleasure.There is no authority to whom complaints can be lodged and no authority which disciplines staff.

The post contained my application form for appearing in a written test for recruitment as Trainee Engineers in Madhya Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Limited. It also contained a demand draft for payment of exam fees. But to my dismay, I found that the article was not delivered to the given address, because of which my candidature for appearing in the written test was cancelled. I have sent a speed post parcel paying Rs.1076/- at Tiruvanmiyur PO to canada vide
ET[protected]IN on 18/11/2010.It is since one month and the materials is
still lying with Canada post/customs non delivered to the recipient.

On 27.06.2011 I have booked spped post bearing No. ED[protected]IN through CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-03 Post office. But alfter lapse of 05 days the said speed post has not been delivered to the addressee. On tracking of said speed post it is shown is undelivered and laying the post office of the addressee i.e. Lohiyanagar, Patna PIN-800020.
I request you to kindly arrange delivery of the said speed post to concerned addressee immediatly.

Speed Post letter was Tracking No. EK[protected]IN have no trace. I am not getting letters from my near by Post Office, Address: Mukundapur, Kolkata - 700099. I have given letter to Post Master, letter to Superintendent of Post Offices but I the letters are not being delivered to me.I have lost all of my important letters due to regularly irregular delivery practices.

As per India Post webiste My AADHAR card was delivered on 28 Apr 12 through Manikandeswaram - PO (Trivandrum). (Booking No UG[protected]IN booked from UID booking centre Manipal MBC on 31 Mar 12). Income tax department had sent my refund cheque by speed post article Number EA[protected]IN on 15th April 2011. which has been sent back to the sender as undelivered on 27th April 11 this is according to reply of the SPC AHMEDABAD . The artcle was booked for Bhavnagar. How Ahmedabad people can send back as undelivered?
Kindly do the needful at your end . The tracking was showing that the article was directed to MUMBAI where as the sender is at BANGLORE. KINDLY DO THE NEDFUL TO GET THE SAME redelivered to me the earliest possible or please help me to get the particulars where and to whom the article has been sent so that with help of the same I can represetnt to the Income tax refund deparment.

Indian Postlal Services — Delay in postal delivery

Dear Sir,
My brother applied for the post of pharmacist in Electricity Service Commission U.P. Power Corp. Ltd. and the exam was scheduled on 1st Nov 2007. The admit card was sent on 17th Oct 2007 from Lucknow GPO by Speed Post service to P.O. Bindki Dist. Fatehpur and it took 15 days to reach the destination and reached on 1st Nov 2007 which was the date of the examination. Hence due to such irresponsible service of Indian Postal Service my brother couldn't sit on an exam which could have been a big career opportunity for him.
Therefore I would like to have your kind guidance and support for claiming for compensation and damage caused.
Consequences : The candidate could not sit on the examination which could have been a means of earning for him and his family. Such bad service has deprived him of a great opportunity for which he was preparing for a long time and such an incidence has made him depressed thus it is an absolute economical and mental damage for him.

to me utter surprise on asking the person that why was the certificate folded when it was written in bold on the envelope"please do not fold", he said its a big envelope, and started arguing with me.
i asked where is the complaint book, he said "aap complain karenga, hum dekh lega aap kya karega", even i noted down my complaint in the signature form, he just crossed it with the pen.
i would like to say when you are taking money and responisbility to deliver goods in the correct positon you should fulfil your commitment, or otherwise close down your business, or just don't commit, was really disappointed with your employee behaviour,

A Senior citizen account SB 180036 in name of sh K N Mishra was given to transfer from Barauni Refinery post office (Begusarai dist, Bihar ) to Goghardiha (Madhubani- Bihar) on 28.02.2008. The amount is 7.5lakhs. Till date no action has been taken place. dear sir/madam,
I live in Malviya Nagar (Jaipur), from last 2-3 months i have face a very unexpected situation. when ever postman delivered any registered post to me (like bank cheque book or any other important document) he demands money called "Chai-Pani" five to ten rupees each time. How ever i don't want to give him bribe but i have no other option else to give him money so that my post reach to me safely.
Please guide me where i have to complaint, i have already told to local Post master in this regard but he is not willing to take any action. I have no problem to give them five -ten rupees but i think by doing this i encourage them and contributing in destroying our nation's dignity.

The GOI needs to monitor credit card institutions. They are offerring loans indiscriminately and issuing credit cards without checking how many credit cards the person has and what his earnings are.


The credit card companies agressively market credit cards and easy loans leading to huge debts among people.


Further they offer platinum and gold credit cards to students and call up and say that there is a pre-sanctioned loan available -- this could lead to terrible things.

Monitoring of credit card institutions must be stepped up if India wishes to avoid citizens going into bankruptcy and suicides.

My friend had sent some electronics material from DEORIA(UP) on 13- april- 2011 but still i didn't received till yet.It hasn't reached the destination. Unfortunately i have lost the tracking number. Is there any other way to find the status of the speed post?. My friend also gone to post office but they are not responding well.
Please take some action as there are lots of complaint againt UP post offices it's really same :(
We have faith on Indian Post offices and for that we make speed post or parcel but this kind of things let us down our faith.

I have sent a speed post on 16/8/2011(Tuesday) from S.P.Chittaranajan, Dist.Burdwan to Adil Mustafa, Boys Host-5B, R-624, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara PIN-144402(Panjab). The post is still in way by now 24/8/2011(Wednessday after one week). On enquiring on web site stated it shows unavailability of status which was sent from S.M.Mustafa, St.63, Qrs.no.D/31Chittaranjan PIN-713331 (W.B.)on 16/8/2011.
Kindly consider my complaint as the document sent is extremely urgent .

I am Nripendra Biswas, an un happy shipper from USA to India. It is so sad and shame for the country (India) that when we ship something by paying our hard working money to our loved once from different country and they never receive it. It is hard to believe that people in our country are still greedy they failed to fight over their moral and ethicks. Specially we can't depend even the GOVt service like "Indian Govt Postal Sevice" What a shame for India! I have sent a package with the priority mail service from USA, it is been 8 months, receiver Somunen Biswas never Received it. This is the tracking# LC[protected]US .
