20 CDs pack — non delivery of items ordered 5 months ago

I am Praveen Joshi, I have Ordered India Today for a pack of 20 CDs of Devotionals Bhajans, along with I have to get the vouture for a free trip of 3 day & 2 night plane ticket and also reebok shoes, I have paid 2249/- Rs by my credit card, Its about 4 months I have placed the order & yet I have not even received the pack of 20 CDs. I have also called to the costumer care 4 times & every time I was told that your order is not punched & it is punched now, every time I call I gor the same answer.

BUT I RECEIVED ONLY REEBOK SHOES BY BLUE DART COURIER SERVICE BUT THE TRACK SUIT WHICH I HAD PAID FOR IS MISSING IN THIS ORDER.

ON 31ST JAN 2009 WHEN I RECEIVED THE COURIER, I MAILED THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS I RECEIVED THE PARCEL. THE PARCEL WAS RECEIVED BY ME IN OPEN CONTION . I ASKED THE COURIER PERSON REGARDING THIS BUT THE RASON I WAS TOLD IS THE COURIIER WAS CKECKED BY OCTRIO PERSONS AT OCTRIO NAKA.

ON 20TH FEB 2009 I RECEIVED A MAIL FROM UR SIDE AFTER SO MANY REMINDERS TO SEND THE PARCEL RECEIVED BY ME BACK AT YOUR DELHI OFFICE.

BUT I REPILED IT WITH THAT I HAVE BEEN USING THE SHOES AS NO ONE DID TELL ME TO NOT USE THE SHOES.

I WAS ANSWERED THAT U WILL NOT ACCEPT THE USED SHOES.

NOW AGAIN THEY ARE ASKING TO RETURN THE PARCEL. NOW HOW & FROM WHERE I CAN BRING THE NEW SHOES.

I AM ASKING FOR MY TRACK SUIT OR TELLING THEM TO RETURN MY MONEY FOR IT BUT THEY ARE AGAIN & AGAIN SENDING ME THE COMPUTRISED REPLY FOR MY MAIL.

PLS LOOK INTO THIS MATTER & DO THE NEEDFUL OR ELSE I WOULD HAVE TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT FOR IT.

Today I got my consignment from Indiatoday book club against order no.OGA[protected] .This is to inform you that without confirming order you have sent me mens sunglasses and mens watch in this order.
Now, I want to exchange at least sunglasses so that I could be able to use it but your executive said that I have to return that packet through courier then only they will refund money through cheque within 20 days.
I can not send this back to you without confirmation of refund of my cheque. 20 days I can’t wait for my cheque. If you can send me fresh courier then I can return both items as we have heard many such complaints from indiatoday book club.
You are requested to kindly understand my problem and revert.
On 17/1/09 I had ordered reebok shoes offer and made online payment of Rs.3198/- and after some days I got a call from their office and they said they haven't received my payment and I should make it again and I did so. In a week or so I got my parcel but to my surprise after a week I got one more parcel and to my shock Rs.3198/- was deducted from my account twice. On calling them up they said that the order was placed twice. On my arguing they said I should send them the parcel again and I will get the refund alongwith the Blue Dart courier expense. After calling them up so many time they gave me a complaint no. 44291. I have also been writing emails and even sending them SCAN copies of my credit card bill and BLUE DART courier copies but I have't yet received MY REFUND. Someone named Ms.Shabnam Khan sent me a mail assuring that the refund process is on and that very soon I will get it but till date nothing has happened.

The parcel which I had sent back has order no.0GA[protected] which I had sent back by BLUE DART courier receipt no.[protected] which was received by India today office (Mr.Uttam) on 05.02.09. Total refund which I have claimed is Rs.3198/- + 1265/- amounting to Rs.4463/-.

India Today Book Club — order not dispatched,ADDIDAS SHOES and BAG

Dear Sir/Madam
I had ordered a BRITANICA enclyclopedia pack from web with order number MITBC-WEB-1664949/50 on 28/may/2008.
I have recieved my order of CDs today on 14 june 2008. but the order number differs that i have in my mail. the CDs which i have recieved has order number 0GA[protected].

I also have not received my Gifts i.e Addidas bag and free holiday vouchers...
they gave me a time period of 2 - 5 weeks for dispatching the order.

later this year i got a mail from them regarding Addidas shoes at 72% discount. i paid it through my credit card but have not received the shoes till now. the turnover time for the delivery was 2-3 weeks.
Kindly look into the matter please

India Today Books Club (ITBC) — Holiday Package Not Received

I received an email from ITBC regarding an offer that they were giving. Its total cost was 499/- + shipping in which i was supposed to get a set of Encyclopedia CD roms, an adidas sling bag, 1 yr booksbuddy membership and a holiday package. i had placed the order for two such packages in August 2008. It is May 2009 (almost a year) and all i have received is the adidas bag and the CD roms. i have called the ITBC helpline at least 15 times out of which 10 of my calls were disconnected straight away and on the other occassions, i was falsely told that my packages have been dispatched. i dont know which company takes 1 year to deliver a package. ITBC is fleecing its members and this company should be taken to the court of law.
