[Resolved] Indian Gifts Portal — Incorrect Order and Sub standard & Poor quality of product delivered | |||
Had ordered a 1 KG Black Forest Cake to be delivered for Rs 925 Firstly the cake that was delivered was not Black Forest. Secondly the quality and taste was absolutely horrible. In fact it was so bad that it had to be thrown away. After sending a complaint to the company, they responded by saying they would get the order re-delivered along with apologies. However, it has been more than 3 weeks and neither have they re-delivered the cake, nor refunded my money. They dont even have the courtesy to reply back. Was this information helpful? | |||
