I placed an order on 6 august, my money was deducted from my account but the order wasn't placed according to the app. so i asked for a refund. after constantly having to email them about the refund, the refund was initiated, after a week, it still didn't show in my account, after asking the customer service, they said the refund was initiated and i was supposed to ask the bank where the refund is.

how is that customer service if i am supposed to do all the work that they should be doing. and why should i be enquiring about my refund status when its their responsibility to make sure that the money is refunded or not.

Once the refund is initiated, the refund reference number is shared with the customer. The refund usually takes 5-7 working days. However, the customer can also track the refund process with the bank.

    I have booked rakhi for my brother who is US on 6th of August 21. At the time of booking the expected date of delivery was reflecting as 11th August. They provided me the tracking details to track my shipment. In their tracking website my packet was reflecting as delivered on 12th August. I asked my brother to check but he said there is no courier at my place. I called customer service of IGP to enquire, they said "mam your courier is not yet delivered but we will get it delivered before rakhi please do not worry". But unfortunately after N number of complians and follow up with them rakhi is gone and they have failed on their fake commitments. IGP is not providing me any solution and asking me can we redelivere your rakhi now i.e after rakhi. Well I think that's not the solution to my problem. They are not providing me with the senior authority details for complaining. Really pathetic service from IGP gifting portal. Please think 100 times before choosing IGP.

      I ordered a product from igp.com, payment was successful, money got deducted from my account. But when I saw my order history its shows no orders. Completely fake

        We multiple times contacted you but there is no response from your end so we Complaint Registered in national consumer helpline but that portal also you no responsibility. So you ignore our emails and calls. Also you delayed and failed to refund the amount. So we dispatched legal notice.

            I ordered a rakhi combo in this site on 3rd august 2020 for an express delivery on 4th august for the given address but they took the money since i paid using upi and didn't placed any order i mailed them for a week but they didn't replied to any mails and call and suddenly today 7th august i get a mailed from them that they placed my order instead of refunding my money and contacting me for my consent they didn't try to even contact me and doing things as they wish it is a fraud online shopping site and they are just luring the customers without providing them the adequate services that they have mentioned i want my refund and cancellation of the out of the blue order they placed my product of is 3234571

                Dear team,

                I have placed online order for rakhi from india to indonesia on 24 th july and delivery date was 30th july amount rs.1570/- with shipping charges of rs.1145/-

                On 30th july, my brother at indonesia receive a call stating to pay custom charges additional.

                On calling to igp support team, i got assurance from twinkle (Igp executive) that no need to pay extra charges and order will be delivered on raksha bandhan.

                Again my brother got an email to pay custom duty. Again i called to igp team and requested to cancel the order and initiate refund, as raksha bandhan was over.

                I got assurance from igp support executive that refund will be processed within 24 hours.

                Today again i call to igp team to check the refund status, now she is telling that she cannot initiate the refund.

                Why there was wrong commitment was given to me since starting.

                Please initiate the refund else will escalate to customer grievances platform.

                We do understand emotions and your concern about the charges.

                However these customs charges are imposed by the government of the recipient's country. The customs charges are not imposed by IGP nor the courier services.

                We do not mention customs charges while placing the order because we are not sure of the customs charges being applied on your order.

                It could be any random package that the customs can hold with them.

                We try our best to mention it as a gift so that it should not get stuck in the customs however it is beyond our control.

                We as a company cannot waive off the charges or we would have done that for you.

                If the charges are not paid, the customs destroy the package at their end.

                We are extremely sorry as we would not be able to help you much in this case.

                  I placed my order for a rakhi and choclate combo on the site igp.com after paying for the order I checked that the order is not placed but my money is deducted and I didn't receive any mail regarding the order also the I tried to call and mail them the next day in the morning since they are not receiving the calls after 7pm, then I sent them 4 mail's but they didn't reply to any mails and now I'm not able to get in touch with them through any source . I want them to refund my money

                    I ordered Rakhi set on 1 august and till now it is not delivered. MANY TIMEs I had contacted CUSTOMER support but no one cares. Even no. of emails sent to support but didn't got any reply from the support team.

                    Literally sucks. IGP is the ###. Very disappointed. Going to do CONSUMER COMPLAINTS against fraud.

                      I had placed an order of happy rakhi wihes cake and a pair of cadbury silk to be delivered on 3aug 2020 (14:00-22hrs), placed on 2aug 2020.
                      My order no. Is 3215327 of ₹816
                      I hadn't been delivered to me.
                      The refund has not been done till now.
                      I am trying to call their customer centre. One states to be unauthorised and other never picks up.
                      Plz help

                      After constant warning, out of the blue, response comes one day of refund and they accept their mistake. I have been resolved after struggles. Nevertheless, I got my ₹816 refund back after 5days.

                      As checked, the order was cancelled as the delivery to the given destination was not possible.

                      Once the order is cancelled, the refund usually takes 7-10 working days which is a bank process. But please worry not, the refund will surely be done.

                        I had ordered rakhi and gift items on igp.com to be delivered to my brother and his family in sweden with high hopes. The portal showed the expected delivery date as 27th july 2020. Today is 3rd august, rakhi, my order is not yet delivered. No body in the customer care picks up. How do i resolve the issue. Now there is no point in delivering this order after rakhi. I want to cancel and get the refund. But their website does not provide any such provision. I am feeling like cheated for a handsome amount.

                        We completely understand your concern. We all are facing a pandemic situation due to which there are a lot o[censored]nseen obstacles. But we and our courier team and trying to work their best in this unsafe situation too. Due to a lot of changes in the international security and customs, few of the packages were returned to the warehouse. We repacked them and reshipped them.

                          I have placed order from igp.com on 25th july 2020 and delivery date of order was 1st august 2020.
                          Today is 3rd august and still order is not delivered and when called to customer care they told will cancle the order if not delivered till today evening. I have placed order for rakshabandhan gift but the did not delivered it.
                          Even i have raised complain about the same in igp portal as well as sent mail to igp support on 1st august 2020 for delay in delivery but no one responded.
                          Now i feel cheated.

                            The shippment was help at the location due to Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect. We did ask for the correct address and now we have forwarded this to the delivery team for successful dleivery.

                                  The order was not processed and now when i checked the website it is showing order cancelled.

It is very harassing and also very emotional moment for me. That I have sent my rakhi for my brother on 21st July. Bt till today 31st July rakhi package not delivered .                                       On 21st july i booked order. Till today it is showing processed. And my money deducted. They are not replying by emails or phone number. This is such a mental harrasment. Not giving update. Please help n refund my money back.

                                        This company is taking money from us..I have booked order on 21st july, till today 28th July order is processed showing in online portal.they are not bother to send message and reply. They are just sending auto generated mail. their site doesn't have cancellation tab. So i can cancel my order n refund money.

                                        2974852 this is my order number. As I have complained here bt no response from igp.com. 2days only left. It is very harassing and also very emotional moment for me. That I have sent my rakhi for my brother on 21st July. Bt till today 31st July rakhi package not delivered . I have complained here for help. On this platform I was supposed to believe that my problem ll b solved.
