I bought gift for my sister's birthday as they spoiled her birthday as order wasn't on time. it was rubbish gift which they sent to her wherein I ordered different but they sent her cheap one and wasn't on time as she waited full day for her parcel after that when I complained they didn't do anything regarding my complaints every time new advisor getting and was not able to sort it out.

Won't buy anything in future and will also stop my friends and family to do any traction from this company.

    I have ordered rakhi for my brother on rakshabandhan on indiagiftsportal on the 10th of aug 2016, they promised to deliver it before the 17th of aug 2016, however even on the 18th aug they neither have a tracking number nor ready to provide me the status, all that they say is we will get back to you soon, we will update you soon, give us some time and one more thing to add is they are not ready for the bulk orders, that sounds interesting, they promote there website for huge orders and when they get it they are not ready for it.

    They broke my trust.

    Me and my brother we both were very disappointed.

    Please take this case serious.

        Initially showing nice picture and at the time of dispatching people from indiagiftsportal informing that item is not in stock and new item arrived instead of older one and is good one. If we compare new with old then new seems downgraded item. I had booked gift and they cheated this way. When i cancelled order they said refund will take atleast 10 days. Now waiting for refund. They are updating reason on cancellation that "client has requested to cancel" instead of "item is unavailable as per order".

        I went to buy a toy for my baby at a Shop in kurseong - 734203 and they are charging 4 times more than the mrp. Is that even legal? To charge more than the mrp...there is no consumer court here to complain hence they've been getting away with it..how is this any different than robbery.. and to top it the lady was very rude..please help

          I selected a pineapple cake to deliver to india and they sent a different pineapple cake which was not even close to what i have selected... I am very much disappointed with what they did... I sent that cake for a special occasion and they ruined it... I am posting the picture below of what i selected and what they have deliver. First image is the cake which i selected and the second image is the one which they delivered.
          When i complaint to them on facebook below is the reply they gave me.

          "yes but we mentioned clearly that the image displayed in website is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per availability."

          The cake i selected was available and no where in website it says that actual product may vary in shape or design. The cake they have sent was not even there on their website. I really want some action should be taken against them. They have not done this fraud with only me but with one of my other friend too. I really request someone to look into this matter.

            Order number: igp826636

            Ten yellow roses order was placed on 7th may 2016 with indian gifts portal worth rs. 799/-. They confirmed 24 hours delivery and never delivered till today which is 11th may. I requested for order cancellation on the 9th may and 48 hours passed, no steps taken. They haven't given any status, no refund, no mail either!! Wasted my time and energy! I want my complete money back from them. Please help.

              The complaint is regarding order placed on 8th may (3:30am ist). My order no. Ends with 029. As i am residing in us, i used the services of indian gifts portal to send gifts to my family on mother's day. The website of igp mentioned delivery within 24 hours. I am writing the complaint on 9th may (5 30 pm ist). My order has still not been delivered. I have called the customer service many times to always hear that the order is out for delivery. The other excuses i have been given are that it takes 24 hours to deliver, whereas the website clearly mentions "delivery within 24 hours".

              The website deducted money, never delivered my products and now is now not refunding the money. Whenever i call the customer service, i get standard answers that the product will be delivered. I have requested to cancel my order, they refuse to cancel the order also.

              So, as a request to this complaint i want either my delivery to the address latest by 10th may 12 pm ist or refund of my money if it is not delivered by 12 pm ist on 10th may

              Indian Gift Portal — Gift still not delivered.

              I have placed Order no. IGP 733752 dt 9 th September for Gift article worth Rs. 450/-plus. This was supoosed to be delivered on 14 th Sept. 2015. Till date not delivered despite several reminders on company portal & phone calls.

                I have bought gifts for my friends in India many times from different sites including IGP and have had excellent customer service for all other sites.
                Recently I was trying to buy gift for mothers' day online from their site since their collection consisted of what I was looking for. I had technical difficult in selecting one of their products in my cart and was looking for a solution so first I called their customer service. This woman picks up and introduces herself. I do too then I start explaining my problem. At first she listens for few minutes then asks me to speak louder and i oblige. FYI i have audible voice for phone and I was already over my normal range of decibels. All this while there are people in her background laughing chitchatting and I can hear them. Then she asks me to speak loudly for the 3rd time and hangs up without listening. I have now moved to a parking lot where I can literally scream and place the call again. Again the same saga repeats.
                Still determined I come back to my computer and try to start up a chat. I am successful in doing so and have explained my problem well. To which the person replies that it is possible to personalize the gift. DUHHH!!! The gift is in the personalized gift section with big words the product title saying personalized gift!!! I calm mysef back and start explaining again to which he now answers "thank you for chatting with us..." I remind him that I have not reached a resolution and starts explaining in detail (even a 1 year old kid would have got it by now) and really I was just looking for an answer if is was possible to resolve the issue (if no I would have moved on to a different gift) And so this amazingly intelligent representative not to mention polite ( I am pretty sure he wouldn't get his sarcasm!!!) exits the chat!!! Applause for the customer service!!
                I would like to mention I have brought gifts from them in the past and have talked to representative once who was really nice and helpful. But this experience was so bad that it erodes all the other good experience. I hope they get heir customer service back on track and hire some, if not smart, atleast polite people with basic courtesy.

                  I ordered a valentine's day gift for my husband who is staying in the US. (I am staying in India). I recieved an email saying that the item was delivered and when I checked tracking details I was shocked to see that the product was delivered to someone else in a way too different location. I constantly fought for a month with the customer support team and there is no luck.

                  Please do not order anything from them, ... Never.. I lost 3000rs

                    I have placed two order from Indiangiftsportal on the same day and requested the delivery to be made on specific dates.

                    Order Numbers and issue is described as follows:

                    1. IGP786953 -- This order contains 4 products. Out of which only three product was delivered as per the requirement in the front poach. The 4th product was shipped by IndianGiftsPortal through DHL company which was not delivered to the recipient address which was at US. I thus inquired IGP on the status of this product and then came to know that DHL had already shipped and delivered the product. However the product was not delivered. I requested for a proof of delivery from DHL and the POD does not bear any hand written signature. Just the Surname of the recipient was mentioned on POD. I thus requested further evidence and also said the recipient uses full name signature which was not there on POD. The signature used is a forgery. I am trying to followup on this since last 2 weeks and I am not getting any positive response from either DHL neither IGP.

                    I had already made the payment earlier and still after this, I am receiving this sort of service. This is really beyond expectation. They are unable to give a tentative response back.

                    The worst part is I have used IGP for sending gifts earlier and earlier also I have faced similar issue which was resolved after multiple followups. I had kept a positive faith on this Indian website and I have been fooled again. All seems in vein.

                    2. IGP786929 -- This contains single product. This was subjected to be delivered on 13th Feb. Again I followed the same procedure and again it was conveyed that this was delivered. This time the shipment was done through FEDEX. We kept track of the entire perimeter of the recipient's address on 13th and 14th feb. But it was not present. We even inquired the lease office of the delivery address if they have received any package on our name. They confirmed that there have been no delivery by FEDEX for anyone on that date. Later on 16th Morning (US-Time) The product was recovered from the near by floor quite far off from the entrance. It was merely torn and all the roses were faded and dull. Why this consignment was not delivered on the front poch or the lease office of Marchwood.

                    Either of Fedex or IGP is not able to respond on this.

                    Registering the complaint so that I can get a proper justice and this organisation IndianGiftsPortal should be dragged to court so that they dont fool other and steal money from the end customer openly. I had much expectation from this, but they just washed of my money.

                    Please help me in getting a proper justice on this.

                          The order id is 787317, the product was not delivered... When compalined about the same they asked for 24 hours .. Almost 48 hours iver still no response. They hung up the call when asked to make me talk to the manager, dont actually look into the customer complaints

                            Order no. Igp 768923, which was ordered 23 days prior to the date of delivery, a day before the delivery i have contacted their customer care and they acknowledge it will be ordered at the schedule time, but da item was not delivered and when i contacted them .. There were not giving any specific time for delivey.

                              I had ordered a diwali gift to be delivered in UK. The order was placed through this website: http://www.indiangiftsportal.com/ after going through various websites. Due to the promise and assurance made by this portal that the delivery would be done within 3-5 days, I had gone ahead and placed the order worth 4k. It has been more than a month now and I haven't received assistance for this. All that the support executive and the mails tell me is that it is stuck in the postal service for which they arent even providing any contact number. They arent even offering refund.

                                I had ordered a gift (order id-IGP739973) from IGP.com on 3rd Oct "15 to be delivered to Christchurch, New Zealand. The order was cancelled due to unavailability of the product. After sending frequent e-mail & giving calls to IGP i was given a reference no.[protected] on 18th Nov "15 & i was assured that the amount of Rs 1354 will be reverted back into my bank account within 8-10 working days.. But i haven"t received any refund till date..

                                  I ordered an item for my brother as a birthday gift on 3rd of November. It was supposed to reach by 7th November max. But it has not been reached yet. And these bloody irresponsible people aren't doing anything. Neither they respond to my calls nor they updating anything about my item online. I live in US and matching Indian time and calling them is a pain, but still I call them almost everyday. They just say we'll deliver your item as soon as possible and nothing has been done by now. Also, they are not willing to refund my money which approximately Rs 3000. Not even this time, last time in August I ordered a rakhshabandhan gift for my brother, they just delivered one item out of the gift and 2nd is pending till date. They aren't even checking about that particular item after I inquired so many times. They are bloody thieves. But I am not gonna leave them this time. I'll do whatever is possible to sue them. Also, I am hoping this complaint can help me out in some way. Cheaters indiangiftsportal.com !!

                                    I had booked three orders for Bhai Dooj (225 gm Kaju Katli with Roli and Chawal) on 01.11.2015 on "Indian Gifts Portal" for delivery to separate locations, all in USA. The recipients of two of the three orders received the delivery without the sweets (225 gm of Kaju Katli). Despite numerous follow ups no corrective action has been taken till today (13.11.2015) which happens to be Bhai Dooj. Please be careful while ordering anything on this portal.

                                      Its regarding the captioned ID gift which was booked from the portal of IGP on 30/Sep. ID: IGP739205 This was a personalized gift, which I booked for my sister Ms Toshi Gairola (who stays in London and whose birthday was on 2nd Oct). The gift was booked in her name.The gift is undelivered to her. First I had a chat with an associate called Sampark of IGP on 5th Oct and he said"soon it will be delivered ma'm". After some days I received a mail stating that the gift has been delivered to Mr.PATEL M. Now I don't know who is this person! And how can this company handover the gift to anybody? While ordering this company asks us for any Special Instructions - I clearly mentioned that Ms. Toshi Gairola will be the receiver of this gift and instructions were given by me stating " Kindly call the receiver of this gift before delivering". But even after that neither any call was made to her nor the gift was delivered. I again had a chat with Sampark on 14/10/2015 and he said he will be respond to my issue by 15/10/2015 with some positive response. But then on 15/10/2015 this company sends me a POD which states the gift is delivered to PATEL M. Again I escalated this issue to a person call Ujjwal who assured me that he will get back to me with positive response by 19/10/2015. But I have not received any response from them till date.                                         Placed order for birthday cake with smiley design from a number of cakes displayed on the website for a price of Rs.1850. Actual cake delivered after 3 days was simple ordinary cake worth not more than Rs.300. I have written thrice on this company's website "[protected]@indiangiftsportal.com" but no response from them.
