I bought gift for my sister's birthday as they spoiled her birthday as order wasn't on time. it was rubbish gift which they sent to her wherein I ordered different but they sent her cheap one and wasn't on time as she waited full day for her parcel after that when I complained they didn't do anything regarding my complaints every time new advisor getting and was not able to sort it out.

When i finished ordering their site asked meif i need a gift box for extra rs.199. I clicked yes and they charged me total of $.13.61 (9+for gift box) when called them no response. Sent them email no response.

I selected a pineapple cake to deliver to india and they sent a different pineapple cake which was not even close to what i have selected... I am very much disappointed with what they did... Ten yellow roses order was placed on 7th may 2016 with indian gifts portal worth rs. 799/-. They confirmed 24 hours delivery and never delivered till today which is 11th may. I requested for order cancellation on the 9th may and 48 hours passed, no steps taken. They haven't given any status, no refund, no mail either!! Wasted my time and energy! I want my complete money back from them. Please help....

I ordered a valentine's day gift for my husband who is staying in the US. (I am staying in India). I recieved an email saying that the item was delivered and when I checked tracking details I was shocked to see that the product was delivered to someone else in a way too different location. I constantly fought for a month with the customer support team and there is no luck.

Please do not order anything from them, ... Never.....

The order id is 787317, the product was not delivered... When compalined about the same they asked for 24 hours .. Almost 48 hours iver still no response. They hung up the call when asked to make me talk to the manager, dont actually look into the customer complaints...

I had ordered a gift (order id-IGP739973) from IGP.com on 3rd Oct "15 to be delivered to Christchurch, New Zealand. The order was cancelled due to unavailability of the product. After sending frequent e-mail & giving calls to IGP i was given a reference no.[protected] on 18th Nov "15 & i was assured that the amount of Rs 1354 will be reverted back into my bank account within 8-10 working days.. I had booked three orders for Bhai Dooj (225 gm Kaju Katli with Roli and Chawal) on 01.11.2015 on "Indian Gifts Portal" for delivery to separate locations, all in USA. The recipients of two of the three orders received the delivery without the sweets (225 gm of Kaju Katli).
