Awful or fraud portal.very poor customer service and support.Had ordered TGIF coupons on 21 July worth Rs3335approx ..Order 644638[#759177] ..claimed delivery in 3-5 days.not delivered till now. Very embarrassing fr me as it was supposed to b a birthday gift.no valid response inspite of atleast 6 mails 2 phone call(tried calling innumerable times, number always unavailable or busy), atleast 5product enquiries and 3-4 feedbacks on the portals enquiry forum itself. Customer Care if at all picks the call disconnects it or has no updated information..Then on pressurizing starts giving vague replies like 'complaint wl b forwarded or wel mail u..They didn't even update the new address given by me over the phone the first time and told me order will be delivered in 2-3 days in new address..Customer care on being spoken to second time had no idea about new address and had to b told about the mail and the call made. Appears the portal has cheated me of my money Rs3335.Their response is always vague like'like wel get back to u' 'we r looking into the matter or we have forwarded your request' Claims that they tried delivering but it was restricted area, even though other portals hav successfully delivered time and again even around the same time and same address.No effort made by them to inform that the shipment will be delivered on n e particular date or about delivery failure or ne thing inspite of phone number and email id given(not even once). A month back I gave a new address and extra contact numbers so that they don't have n e excuses, still nothing.no information, follow-up or delivery. Absolutely disgusting, fraud and irresponsible portal.looks like that they cater to cash on delivery or small payments, for advance payments they just pocket the money.Wonder how unethical can some people be. Worst experience out of a number of online shopping experiences. Seriously a harrowing experience. Plz choose ne portal but this. Nancy

      We placed order on[protected] order no. IGP662502 for rakhi which they confirmed to be delivered by 7 days. rakha bandhan was of[protected] they given me a fake tracking number and i called there team and they confirmed it will deliver within 1 day. but today is[protected] around a month passed nothing delived and stopped picking calls. and there website is still working and ivr number working. we are taking legal action to close this fraud site which play with people emotions. because of this fraud we have to insult lot because rakhi not delivered on time.

          Hi, I have ordered Rakhi combo to my brother who is staying in U.S. order number is igp652434. The order has coated me around 1500 bucks. I have ordered this on August 8th, but they haven't delivered the package inspite of calling them many times, they were saying that the order will be delivered, but in reality they haven't. When I have asked to refund amount they are not refunding it. Could you please help me on this.

            I made a rakhi gift order (IGP720112) for rakshabandhan on their website. I entered the expected delivery date to be 28th August 2015. But today is 30th August and they still haven't delivered the rakhi. This has happened twice before as well, I have the proof and ID details.

              I Had placed an order of Rakhi gift hamper with Indian Gifts Portal on August 19th 2015 (order number #IGP677273). The order delivered was incomplete. The main product (Rakhis) was missing from the complete package. I have made several calls to IGP and also sent out a few emails reminding them of my concern but no action was taken on my request. IGP team kept promising me that they will deliver the order before August 29th 2015 i.e (before Rakhi) but there has been no communication and no order delivery. I am so fed up of calling their customer service team. The team does not even know to talk properly in english or hindi for that matter. They just keep saying sorry again and again. I spoke with Aman Chaudhary (customer service representative). I told him my issues very clearly but he was not able to reply to my queries. Even he was bot able to communicate properly in english. After talking with him for 15 minutes, I asked him to connect my call with someone senior in his team. He responded saying that it's not possible, it's late at night and all the seniors are away and there is no way to connect to them. IGP website says that their working hours are from 8am-10pm IST(Monday-Sunday). I called IGP team within the office hours and I was told that they don't have the facility to transfer the call. I am very sorry to say but I had a very terrible experience with IGP. Now, after experiencing all this when I asked them to return my money, they are not even bothered. IGP is very unprofessional. They should shut their business as soon as possible. Otherwise the day is not far when people would tear IGP apart.

                I am very sorry to inform you that, the rakhi were not delivered as per the order # 693967. The order was placed on 22-Aug-2015. The same item was not delivered as displayed beautifully on website. Below is the email of delivery notification. The hamper was received yesterday. I opened the hamper but there were no rakhis. The hamper was too fragile and tight to open. And when it was opened It was broken already inside. Did you forget to keep the rakhis with the package? I am really disappointing with this order. I tried to contact on Phone but no luck. I have dropped an email with issue and attached the pics of what was received and that was different from what was displayed on website while order. I also tried to contact online chat - here is chat script to tell you how professional are they to provide the solution and to chat with customers. They might be busy however I think this is not the way to treat customers very casually without any response and solution of the concern reported.                   I see that there is still no resolution after around 4 months. Which means even this site is a waste and there is no use of making complains anywhere at all. The whole system i corrupt.
                  You are replying to me after 2 years and 3 months for the first time, after making the complaint. Which says it all. Need I say anything else? Nope, I don't really think so.

                    This website promises to you deliver on same day and ask you to select a date and once you have paid its gone. I have had this expirence for a Mothers day gift recently. While ordering they said will be delivered next day or even same day, I choose next day but after it didnt deliver they said selling me crap that its a courier problem and was a sunday. Accepting money and promising you will deliver is okay on sunday but to delivery they have a million stories. Called them to complain but no use and they have to disscuss with seniors and let us know I think they are running this fraud website to trap people by making false promises and will shut soon

                      On 2nd April 2015, I placed order IGP617654 - Some flowers and a box of chocolates. It was meant to be delivered on 10th April and was a birthday gift. After receiving assurances from the online support team throughout the day that the parcel will be delivered on 10th it wasn't. After repeated follow ups and emails requesting cancellation of order due to untimely delivery, the order was not cancelled and was shipped 3 days after it was due. Your online chat support is useless and did not give me any accurate information. I have never experienced such low quality of service and disregard for customer satisfaction. Needless to say that this is my last purchase on IGP and will henceforth not recommend it to any one. Three days later on 13th April, the package was delivered and it was another blow due to the following reasons: 1. Instead of chocolates there was some wine which I did not order 2. The vase that came with the flowers was broken into pieces. On 16th April 2015, I got an email from your support team saying that they are re-sending this order with the chocolates. After 13 days, on 29th April I got an email saying the parcel has been delivered but the recipient has confirmed it has not been. Now when I spoke to your support executive Kavita, she is telling me to send another email. You guys have the lowest level of service and I am surprised you are still in the e-commerce business. What I was not surprised with was the innumerable consumer complaints on the web about IGP. If you have any ethics or moral values left, please make this right for once.

                          My wife has booked a valentine gift for me which will require to be delivered on 14 Feb, 2014. The date of delivery was definitely confirmed before placing the order evenif, the item was delivered 10 days before the given date. My wife has placed a gift order special on this site because this site was giving delivery on the expected date. Otherwise, far better online options were available for gift on another sites. She is really disappointed by such type of wrong commitment/ assurance by this site Moreover, the message was also needed to be written along with red rose...that was neither on gift pack nor inside.                             I have had horrible experiences shipping gifts and never deliver them on time and besides which they have never delivered items. Till date, I have not received my refund as well. Horrible company. They are a scam...pretending to sent gifts.

                              This is regarding the Order IGP574536. The product "Bright Sensation-USA" which costs around 89 USD is not yet delivered and it is claimed that this have been delivered. Instead the product "Torn Ranch Rose" which was a part of the afore said order have been delivered in 2 quantities which was ordered as one. There have a been a serious confusion going around with this. I am following up on delivery of this order since last 20 days. Every time, i call up the help desk, they say they will reply with details in 24 hours. And I guess this 24 hrs time is yet to come. What is taking some much long to respond? All my investment on this have been washed off by India Portal. . Even after repetitive follow up no one cares to inform the customer. This is really frustrating. Till date I am expecting a response from the team. Can I please have a call back and can some one please make me understand what's wrong with the process?? I just want a positive response from the team, if the Bright Sensation is going to be delivered or not. If not, how is this going to be compensated. If they are claiming to be delivered then why they are not providing an evidence that this have been delivered by showing the signature of the recipient. I would humbly request the consumer complaint board to take some serious action on this and help me on this. Regards, Sudipta.

                                Hi, Few days back, I have ordered one fun cube game (Image attached) from Indiangiftsportal site (URL :- http://www.indiangiftsportal.com/product_info.php?products_id=cubes-educational-... ). Price mentioned on the site was Rs. 400. And after applying one 15% discount coupon code, I ordered the product in Rs. 340. And as mentioned in the site the product was having free shipping I got surprised after opening the pack, On the product package MRP was mentioned Rs. 165 (Image attached). From almost last one week I am following up with IndianGiftsPortal customer support team, to know the actual reason for over pricing. But nobody is replying me properly, giving the proper justification of over pricing. I did some investigation for the same product over other online sites.
