Kindly provide the refund of rs. 940.00 that i spent on the gift items on the eve of valentine's day which was not delivered.

None of the company's executives respond in a proper manner and very sorry to say that the services offered by your company is pathetic.

The order no. Is 2445632 which was never delivered nor any of your executives ever contact the recipient regarding the attempt to deliver the same.

Kindly refund my amount at the earliest.

    I have not yet received my product.
    They have delieverd my product to another person.
    How can you guys give my personalized proudct to anyone without my permission.
    I feel cheated.
    Your delivery person keep on refusing to give my product.
    Even i called sales person so many times and they are not giving me proper response as well.

      met haveldar manjeet singh on facebook . He trapped me by saying he is in indian army. We had a deal. He said he will sell his Canon 1300d camera ate rs 10000/- and asked me to pay advance money.. I paid 5000 in advance via phone pay.. But next day he said he need more money its very urgent so transferred 5000/-by phone pay again, paid himin total i paid 10000/- via phone pay. Next day when i have to receive the parcel he asked me courier charges which will deduct from 5150/- asked me to phone pay 5000/- and i again phone pay him. Next a courier boy asked me to pay more amount to recive the payment.. So then i didn’t pay. But then siad u are late your courier is returned. They also talk on phone there no is vikram number is - [+[protected], +[protected]] delivery boy no is -[+[protected]], they cheat on name of indain army..

      First of all, this is really sad to hear about the trap.

      This is an Indian gifting portal (IGP.com) and the order was not placed with us. We do not sell cameras and the order is not placed with our website. IGP won't be able to investigate anything in this case. Please check the source and place the complaint.

        Sir this is my oder id no -1990906, i ordered it for one day speed delivery as they promised that they deliver but rakshabandhan is already gone and they still even after that day haven't sended my gift and i called many time but they don't pick up the call and it only said busy busy. I m requesting you please help me this bad experience hurt my sentiments a lot please take action

          I would like to dra w your kind attention on the fact that the postman( Jagadeesh) of our area Palakonda, Srikakukam dist Andhra Pradesh 532440. is very irregular in his duties. He does not deliver the letters regularly and properly. He throws the letters carelessly. He gives our letters to the wrong persons. Sometimes he misbehaves the people.

          People face many difficulties because of his misbehavior. A student missed to go in his interview because he got his interview call after the date of the interview.

          Hence I request you to take necessary actions against the postman so that people may get proper and good services.

            I didn't received the order yet. It was my wife's b day. Ordered the cake. They have spoiled my whole day.

            These kind of online people, are curse for the industry. I tried calling them multiple times and they always said, you will receive the order before 8 pm and i was still ok, now it is 10:30 pm and feeling like filing a case against them.

            Worst people.

            I want my refund back at least.

              Order was to be delivered on august 26, 2018. Still not delivered. But these cons have send a mail that it is delivered. But the receiver has yet not received the rakhis. The occasion is over and now i get to know not yet delivered. These people are not even picking up a customer service number and are not even replying back to my mails. This site is a fraud and should be shut down on serious basis. My courier costed me rs. 1090.

                I am struggling where to start and where to end.

                I have been using these guys over the last 6-7 years to send rakhi to my nephew in chicago, while we are based in mumbai.

                In the past years, the packages were delayed or never delivered. I raised the issues then and got some commitment from them that they took my feedback seriously and would improve their services.

                This time takes the cake. My order number is 1354989. The order was for metallic rakhi with kaju katli and besan laddoos.

                The package delivered only had besan laddoos and the main parcel of sweets (Kajy katli) wasnt delivered.

                The feedback section, upon raising the complaint 2-3 times reverted saying "please send us the image of the delivered package".

                Are these guys nuts? Do they think the sender can ask the recipient, to take photographs of the delivered package before consuming? Should it not the other way round? Should they not click what they deliver as an internal process if this is how this business wants to run itself?

                All in all, a shameful delivery, backed by an equally shameful reaction which makes it worse for the customer.

                To hell with them!!!

                Apologies for the disappointment faced, trust us we did not mean to disappoint you in any way.

                For any complaints made, we need the pictures to register them. Without the pictures, the case won't be registered as we won't be able to investigate this with our vendor team. I do understand you have sent the gifts and how it feels when some products are missing or the products are not as per your expectations for which we really do apologize.

                In this case, we do understand you won't be able to arrange the picture. However, this issue was raised and we requested for refund/gift voucher of the products which were not delivered. We do understand a refund or a GV may not bring back the occasion but we do want to resolve this case and try our best so that this should not repeat in future. This will be a warning for us and will try to restore your faith with IGP again. Please do revert us and we will be happy to assist you.

                  We have ordered rakhi + kaju katli to be delivered to my son dushyant in london. He informa me fedex wants him to pay duty as parcel is from outside eu!! Why does the fedex ask the reciever to pay import duty of £18!!

                  This is unfair.. I have paid the price of 3050. That is fo freer delivery at door step. Why should duty be charged for rakhi??

                  Please immediately contact fedex and arrange to sort this out immediately.

                    This is with reference to my order number 1346112, shipment to Canada. During placing order it was mentioned hipping charges as FREE and now the consignee has received message from DHL to pay Dollar 22 for the shipment.

                    I mean this is cheating, in past also i have sent so many gifts through IGP to Canada but never faced such issue .Their customer service is pathetic, instead of finding a way out they are giving excuses.

                    While placing the order there was nothing mentioned in the term and conditions

                    I am asking them to cancel my order and refund the amount but they have denied cancelling the order and now I am stuck with no solution

                    Please help in getting this resolved

                    I'm Akash deep Singh from NEEMRANA, tensil-Behror, Dist- Alwar, pin-301705. Here all the wine shop charged extra cost more than MRP.
                    I Generally buy wine from Japanese zone area near CNG pump. They are also charged 2% extra for ATM swipe.

                      I had placed two orders for Mother's Day. One order had to be delivered to Bangalore and the other to Hyderabad. I had selected the Exact Date delivery option. The Bangalore order was delivered on the day of the occasion. But, I had a very very bad experience with the order that was to be delivered to Hyderabad.
                      First, the order never gets delivered on the specific date selected (May 13th). There was no phone call no message nothing as such to the recipient notifying them why the order had not been delivered on time or it maybe delayed. We waited all day Monday (May 14th), nothing gets delivered. Then I contacted the IGP customer service people to find out what was happening since we were clueless about the order. The girl I spoke to promised that the order would be delivered on Tuesday May15th. She sounded genuine and assured me that the order would be delivered on that day or they would issue me a refund. Yet, there was nothing delivered on that day either.
                      So, IGP gives the orders to the local vendors in the city to deliver the item. Since these were flowers, it had to be hand delivered. The local vendor that they had given the order to was so terrible. He was manner less and rude to us. His excuse of not delivering the order was because the flower bouquet was not ready and that his office is apparently open only until 5pm. And instead of having the courtesy to inform us and give us updates about the order, we had to constantly keep calling him to find out what happened. He also had the nerve to ask us to come and pick up the order half way since he was pretty far from where the order had to be delivered.
                      I called IGP and told them about this. I have asked them to refund my money and also strongly told them that this type of service was not acceptable. They better be screening the vendors that they do business with and not just let them treat customers in ruthless manners. The guy finally shows up today (May 16th), and we refused the order. Instead of being apologetic he was so crude and impolite to us. Very disappointed and disgusted.
                      I am hoping that IGP genuinely reads these reviews and takes the necessary actions against such behavior. Or else it would be a poor reflection on them as a company. I did call them and give them the vendor's name and phone number. Hoping they take the right action against him!

                        Hi,
                        I am writing a complaint against online flower provider who's site name is IGP. I had ordered some flowers to be delivered on a specific day and which they commited to do.I called many times regarding order upadate but was never given a proper reply on that day. Next day at 8.30 pm i got a mail telling the order has been delivered but nothing has been done. The provider has given false details and spoiled my time and money as i have payed through my debit card. I am even unable to contact the customer care of the provider now. please find a solution in this problem

                        Hi Dr. Jilshoy,

                        The order was placed on 14th Feb for the delivery date of the same.

                        Our delivery boy attempted delivery on 14th Feb but as the recipient was busy so the delivery boy could not deliver the order. So, on 15th Feb, the vendor called again if she was available to receive the flowers and then the flowers were delivered to the recipient on 15th Feb.

                        I do understand you were disappointed that the order was not delivered on the given date but as per the instructions given by the recipient, the vendor delivered the order. In these cases, we have to follow the recipient's instruction and we have to check the availability of the recipient and then deliver the order. Please check with the recipient once regarding the same.

                          I have ordered on 9th dec 2017, order no. 1187386. The order was supposed to be delivered on 15th dec 2017. But it is still not delivered. Igp customer care no. Is also not reachable, i have send many queries but none was responded. Also, their delivery partner bluedart tracking order status showing the shipment has been delivered. How it is possible, i didn't receive the order, not even a phone call. I am very disappointed by igp service. Not recommended to others.

                            I have sent Rakhi gift to my nephew in Australia order no 1095230 on 30th July 2017 still today the order has not been delivered. The site promised to deliver the item by 4th of August. With so many complaints over phone to ipg.com and there courier partner Aramex the item has not been delivered. this igp.com and Aramaex both are not serious about delivering the gift. I need the refund as this site failed to deliver my item. i paid 1372 just for courier charge. i need refund total cost 1965.2.

                              Hi..This is debasish pattanayak, I have sent raksha Bandhan gift, While I ordered expected delivery date was 06 aug 2017 and raksha Bandhan is on 07 aug 2017 but the product not delivered, Hence I asked for cancellations and refund the amount but they are saying dispatched product can not be cancelled.order no.1117095, I need refund plus additional charges coz this year I failed to give rakshi....

                              I am currently writing from usa. This complain is about website igp.com this is online shopping website.. Online and complete form is indian gift portal.. This is happing with me second time.. I m currently in usa and ordered rakhi gift for my brother who is in kotkapura punjab india. I ordered on 28 jul 2017.. Order number is 1089409.. And scheduled date was on 1 aug 2017 i was keeping a check since then and there is no status available.. I m continuously calling them but nobody from igp team is bothering to pick up the calls and respond via email.. It's rakhi order and today is rakhi festival in india and from 2 am till now it's been 3:23 am now in usa and i m in front of my system and waiting where i can get any update.. This website is patethetic and having poor customer service and fraud.. Please take strict action against this website so they people should stop harassing customers like me.. I request you to take strict action against this website as soon as possible.

                              I bring one point in response to above comment by IGP team...
                              IGP didn't play any role in delivering the product but Fedex team did everything from tracking finding and deliver the product to my door..As I mentioned earlier..IGP didn't bother even contacting me through phone or email and tried to track the product..my product delivered only because of fedex team especially one person from senior team and play an inportant..IGP team didn't do anything and now when the product is delivered they are sending a note and taking a credit..which is absolutely false and I don't support this behavior..and in future I m not considering IGP .com for any future gift products..That's it..
                              Thanks again FedEx team and whole credit gives to you.. Khudos to fedex team..
                              I found worms in the imported chocolates. May be it was too old to be edible. Since it was customized gift pack. There was no expiry date written. As I opened the chocolate the infested worms were out in numbers.

                                This is regarding the order which was placed last night and which was supposed to be delivered today on the occasion of rakshabandhan. The payment was debited from my account but i didn't received any order confirmation. I have been trying to reach them but they expect me to provide with an order nos before contacting them but whom should i contact if i haven't received any information about my order.

                                I ordered rakhi on 26 July 2017 11:40 pm for my brother who is in USA through Igp.com. They changed the rakhi which I have selected after searching through the site. They are playing with people's sentiments. This is highly unprofessional. I am highly disappointed. Please do not order anything on this site..

                                  My friend has sent a parcel from London to India and after that i had received the call from virendra singh who introduce himself as custom clearness officer . Called from the number -[protected] and asked me to pay Rs 24000 and than it will dispatched to my home .
                                  And has provided the account number to deposit the cash . I had deposited but again next day some other person called from the same number and he asked me to pay Rs 45000 which is very surprise to me

                                  The person is a fraud .
                                  Kindly help me for receiving my parcel .

                                  Do I have to pay any other charges over & above my order value?

                                  Certain exigencies may require you to pay additional charges over & above your order value. There are several interstate charges like Octroi and certain international charges like custom duties, which if levied, will have to be borne by you. These charges are usually very rare but are not in our control. They are not levied on all orders and are occasional in nature. But if you order is stuck with the interstate authorities or custom authorities, you will have to bear these additional charges.

                                  This is something that is beyond our control unfortunately.
                                  There's no option for order cancellation and why they're not answering calls?... This site should be closed or banned... there's no refund option as well... Shame on you igp.com... worst experience ever...

                                    These guys will harass you to the core. I have two seriously bad experience.
                                    My wife ordered an assorted gift for me. It was supposed to have deas, perfume, soap etc in a leather bag. She received the parcel 3 days before my birthday. When the courier guy delivered the box it was smelling of mixed perfume and it looked like something has leaked. Luckily, instead of waiting for 3 days and gifting it to me, she opened the box and she could not believe her eyes. The leather bag was kind of burnt and shredded, cans were distorted, shower gel bottle was cracked. It looked like one of the cans had exploded inside. We got in touch with igp, they said they will get back within 24 hrs. Till here it was still okay. But then everyday they started saying we have involved this team and that team and another 72 hrs. She got me another gift for birthday. Today after 8 days they came back and said that there is no evidence that the package was received faulty and hence max they can do is 50% refund and 50% coupon. Gift was opened immediately after delivery and photos were taken after a few minutes once my wife came out of the shock. Photos have timestamp that is a few minutes after delivery. Imagine after 30 odd emails, 50 odd phone calls, and so much harassment they still expect the customer will do business with them. Strange. These guys are simply hard skinned and going to all lows to earn money.
                                    Product is still lying in one corner of my house. I have even told igp that they are free to send their quality guys to our house to investigate further.
                                    Second experience: these guys will show you a product online. You will pay for it. Then they will call you in 5-6 days to tell you that product is not available and hence can they give something else. By that time your occasion would have gone and you would have purchased some other gift for your beloved. Igp will give you a 2-3 options for replacement gift. You would never come to know if it is even worth the money you have paid for the original gift.
                                    Very unprofessional and not worth surviving in this competitive market.

                                      I ordered a combo of Bunch of 10 Red Roses with Teddy Bear & Assorted Chocolates along with a I love you card for Valentines day. I checked for Same Day Delivery and i was sure the order had this option. First thing is It didn't get delivered on the same day. I ordered to surprise my hubby for the Valentines day but into much Diesppointment. Secondly, the order didnt contained any of the mentioned items except for the rose bunch. It contained a Teddy which was writtin Friends Forever and the Card was Best Wishes card.
