Indian Oil Corporation, Chennai — Inordinate delay in supply of LPG refill cylinder

Dear sir,
My name J A John xavier, My consumer no.20231 for LPG. Under Blue Flame Agency, Chennai 600 021(Telephone No.[protected]). For the past 6 months and more I have been harassed by this Gas Agency for getting my refill of LPG cylinder.
They inform us that for booking of refill cylinder 1.) I should wait for more than 25 days from the date of the receipt of the previous cylinder 2.) They supply the cylinder only after 15 days from the date of booking of the cylinder for refill. So ultimate I got to wait for nearly 40 days to get a refill cylinder, the purpose of possessing double cylinders is being defeated, I request you to kindly arrange to settle my grievance at the earliest. Otherwise I may be permitted to book another gas cylinder in the name of my wife which I suppose will give me some solace. Thanking you in anticipation of positive action

IOCL/Indane LPG — Delay in supply of cylinder refills

Agree - this gas Agency is pathetic. All their four numbers are constantly engaged. And when it does ring - they dont pick up the receiver. They are utterly and hopelessly useless and irresponsible agency.

Hope I had some way of just moving to another agency.
on line service for (invoice) purchase,payment.

IOCL/Indane LPG — I could not get Connection from July 2007.

Dear sir ,
I am New Joined as a lecturer In bundelKhand Institute of Enginearing and Technology Jhansi.My LPG distributer is Jumuna Gas Agencies,Jhansi. My distributer does not book my new connection from07 July 2007 many time I went there.I also many request and talk Mr. Atul morya (Sels manager [protected]),jhansi I told me you take a new connection form RajGas Agencies,Jhansi.Raj gas Agencies distributer of Bharat gas . I donot want to take Bharat gas connection.At present I have no any connection of gas .I am helpless for finding new connection and phase trouble for cooking of food.At last I have only one option for writing you.
I would like to know if what he is doing authorised by you? If not then this practice should stop .

94/A, Gengu Reddy Road Egmore, Chennai.600-008. MRS LAVANYA IS THE INCHARGE OF THE AGENCY SHE IS NOT TREAT THE CUSTOMER IN GOOD MANNER SHE ALWAYS USING BAD WORD WITH THE CUSTOMER AND SHE DOING THE BUSINESS LIKE BROKERS.SHE GIVING IT FOR 500 INR.
CUSTOMER IS NOT FOOL SO I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS COMPLAINT AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

Indian oil- L.P.G — Extra amount collected when supplying cylinder

I am living in Thillainayagapuram village near Chidambaram approx 3 km. The supply of home delivery of indene LPG cylinder from SUBAM gas agencies, Chidambaram Rs 375. The actual rate of the cylinder Rs 342.50(including delivery charge Rs 8). I am approaching the SUBAM Gas Agencies they will only supply the gas and collect amount Rs 375. The remaining amount there is no voucher or Bill. Please take the necessary action and how much amount I will pay? With 3km of cylinder from the Godden.

Yes it is theer with Indane Distributors. I am from Kalpakkam, The Atomic Energy Stores is our Distributor. When all employees will go to Office the Gas delivary will be there in presence of ladies and they will charge extra money from them or they will not return remaining amount of money.
Again yesterday on 29th they delivered gas bill dated 29/01/09. They charged old rate only even the prices reduced yesterday. Pls. convey this to IOCL.
The above complaints made by the consumers appear to be true and genuine. Hence immediate remedy and redressal will of great relief to them.
I am fedup with Sree Jayam Indane Gas Agencies 9, Mariyappa Naicken Street, Teynampet, Chennai 600 018. My problem is that my name and my father name was in the same ration card. After marriage I stayed in the same address in different portion, they are not releasing my cylinder with the consumer number 6467. I am having all the residence proofs such as Ration card, LIC, Passport, Voters ID, Dirving license, Bank statements...What else they need I can produce everything. Tamilnadu government has not issued nor changed the ration card...Then how is possible to get a new ration card? Since one my tenents house got painiting work they shifted their house hold articles for a day until the work is getting finished. For the name sake they came to my home and again telling that I am having Barath gas agency cylinder. I am not the owner for that ...I can proof that anywhere ...These guys are simply selling my cylinder in black market and making me very uncomfortable without the cylinder.

I called Indian oil chennai number 24339246. A lady took the phone for complaint and she suggested me to get a commercial cyclinder which is 19kgs. Excuse me I am a customer who is suffereing to get one cylinder for my kitchen ...I am not doing any business to get a commercial cylinder. Very useless response from these guys.

I have to talk to a higer official or who will take care of customer in Indian oil
I have to complaint regarding Sree Jayam Indane Gas Agencies, Distributer D.G. Subramani.

This problem goes beyond anybody's patience. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
I am elder son in a joint family. In our house we have only one gas conncetion in the name of my father, R. Subramanian. We are having 9 members in this joint family. We could not able to manage cooking with one cylinder. The dealer refuse to give one more connection in the name of me, since for one ration one connection will be given. I request necessary permission may be accorded to have one more gas connnection in my name so as to run the family.

I have a Gas connection at Vathsala Agencies, No.250/1, Natesan Nagar, Kaliamman Koil Street, Virugambakkam, Chennai 92. For the last 3 months, they are creating problem not to supply the gas properly and they wanted us to transfer the gas connection to near to Aurumbakkam Anbu Agencies (from my house this agency is about 8 KM). My house is about to 3 KM from the agency. My due has come for booking after 21 days, this time during the booking, she said come and transfer the connection and immediately they have voluntarily disconnecting the phone, they have neither book the gas nor enter the request. They said we have already conveyed to the marketing office/Chennai, that they are not to supply the gas to Maduravoyal Area. There is a lady Mrs.Mythili, she said we never bother about anything where ever you go, we will not do the booking. Her word become like threatening. When shall I get the necessary action against this kind of attitude? I want confirmation in this regard. They are already delay by 4 days to supply the gas.

I had booked gas Cylinder at Bharti Gas Service code No: 5556046 dated 13.06.2009. were i was told that it would get deliver with in 15 days from the date of booking . i had approached more than 7- 10 times But till date i had not received and when ever i approach for the gas cylinder, person in Bhathi gas service they say it will get deliver with in 2days. So, i request you to kindly do the needful and oblidge me.
