My name is Lenin I am an authorized gas connection holder of M/s Cosatal Gas Agency, 6/226 P & Q Gods Own Building, Valappu, Malippuram P.o.Vypin, Ernakulam, Kerala, Pin-682508 . My consumer number is 2424. Since last July 13th 2009 i have booked for gas and the booking no is 2929. but till date ie. on[protected] days ) they have'nt delived a single cylinder to us. when we phone several times regarding this, they will neither not take the phone nor tell us to come and take the cylinder if we want .

So sir please take necessary actions against the above mentioned Agency.

how many days will take to transfer process that gas coonection one place to another location

I am a resident of tambaram sanatorium. yesterday (7/9/2009) I booked complaint regarding a gas leakage in the cylinder to my indane dealer TUCS at tambaram. even after 24 hrs no mechanic has come to our house to rectify the problem. Today nobody is picking up the phone. I was searching in the internet to book a complaint to INDIAN OIL CORPORATION CHENNAI OFFICE CUSTOMER CARE DIVISION, but nothing is available on their website. Pl. suggest how to rectify my problem

Domestic LPG Cylinder. — Inordinate delay in suppling cylinders.

Dear sir,
My name is A . Unni Krishnan, My consumer no.E2760 for LPG. Under M/s. MV Enterprises, Avadi, Chennai 600 054. For the past one year and more I have affected by this Gas Agency for getting my refill of LPG cylinder.

They inform us that for booking of refill cylinder 1.) I should wait for more than 21 days from the date of the receipt of the previous cylinder 2.) They supply the cylinder only after 10 to 15 days from the date of booking of the cylinder for refill. So ultimately I have to wait for nearly 36 days to get a refill cylinder. The purpose of possessing double cylinders is being defeated. I booked the cylinder on 3rd October, 2009, but they have raised invoice only on 7th October, 2009, but the delivery of my cylinder yet to be done. Regarding this, I made a complaint over the phone on 14th October, 2009. I hereby inform you that there is no proper supply of cylinders to the consumers. The purpose of double cylinder is also totally in vein. Due to the having of double cylinder, I am not eligible to get the kerosene from the fair price shop.

For the past one year I got the cylinder by giving complaint to the IOC Customer Care over the Phone.Then why you are permitting the Agency to do the supply. Better you please appoint a new agency and cancel the license of the said agency M/s. MV Enterprises, Avadi. It will be very much helpful for us to solve our grievances in a respectable and peaceful manner. Because we the consumers will be treated as a dog by them. You please depute your staff and make a surprise visit without informing them. This will be very much helpful to realize the grievances of the consumers.

Hence, I request you to kindly arrange to settle my grievance at the earliest. Otherwise I may be permitted to book another gas cylinder in the name of my son which I suppose will give me some solace or going to the consumer court. Thanking you in anticipation of positive action at the earliest.

Indian oil corporation — Delay in the supply of refilled cylinder

Dear Sir,
I have booked for the refilling of my gas cylinder on 7/11/09 in the gas agency, M/S. Divya Gas Agency, Tkm College Junction, Karikkode, Kollam of Indian Oil Corporation. My Consumer No. Is 15415. It is regret to say that the refilled cylinder has not been supplied by the agency inspite of my repeated request. My both the cylinders are empty and hence I am in difficult condition in the cooking of the meals of my family.

Please intervene immediately in the matter and redress my grievance at the earliest.

They supply the cylinder only after 15 days from the date of booking of the cylinder for refill. So ultimate we(all costamar)got to wait for more then 25 days to get a refill cylinder, from your dealer Mrs.PERUMAL GAS AGENCY, arakkonam, vellore dt. Hello Sir,

I booked a new connection with srinivasa gas agency in thirunindravur one year before but till date I am not get that connection. Whenever am visiting the agency they sys regulator is not available or order not yet come from head office for new connection. I don’t know why there are behaving like this and more over agency owner name Hemalatha and her Husband Nagaraj and his staff they are using all filthy language against customers they are not behaving properly with customers. They are selling the cylinder to hotels not for customers if there any emergency for customers what they will do is they are selling each cylinder for 500 to 650 range. If you want to check, you please go and check there IOC will come to know th
e customers problem otherwise you wont, not only for me its for everyone.

My consumer number is 14303 and I booked for a cylinder with dealer "Kanpur gas & Allide agency" at KAMLA NAGAR, Kanpur
208012 (UP). My booking was on 07/12/2009 and this dealer never provide gas booking number. My last refill was received on 12/11/09. The present booking on 07/12/2009 is not yet delivered. Why the delay nobody knows.
IOCL should look into this as this is a regular problem with this dealer.

I have tried vainly from 20th Dec 2009 to make a refill booking for LPG from INdian Oil Corpn.The agency is TUCS Thiruvanmiyur. My Cons No 2831.
Why are the authorities are so lax in attending to customer services?
Please arrange to send a full cylinder urgently to my home.

My consumer no :35355 in the name of prakash kumar ray . I had booked gas Cylinder at Triloka Gas Services code No: 1126(Adyar, Chennai - 20) dated 21.12.2009. I had single cylinder.When i was booking the counter lady said me refilling cylder will come after 10 days, but now told me again they will send after 7 days in that place Bharat gas customer has receiveg refling gas within two days. Kindly do the needful and oblige me.If they do this type of continiously all customer most be goto bharat Gas Service or other gas service.

In Rashmi gas agency near nayandahalli is not supplying the gas perfectly to the customers they are selling the gas cylinder in black market to Rs. 750 for 14.2 kg cylinder please check the gas agency as soon as possible because the customers are not getting the cylinder on time every people are using kerosine for cooking meals in Sonnenahalli, maruthi nagar & near areas.

This month I booked for a refill cylinder on 18/01/2010 and the eligible date was 25/01/2010. They informed that I would be got it within 7 days from the eligible date. Today (03/02/2010) when I phoned, they said that It would took another 4 or 5 days. They said as the reason, "There are heavy demands in IOC itself. We can't do anything. You should wait and get it". I am getting stress by this kind of answer.

Hence, I request you kindly to clarify how long should I wait to collect my refil cylinder after getting previous cylinder.

Dear Sir,

I am living in sholinganallur and have registered for new connection in VIJAY GAS agency the date of 23/05/2009 and last four digit registered number is 1337.
Past 6 months asking to provide new connection but they replied that no regulator stack so call next month. when i was called they replied same. Then reported in indian oil corporation, they taken my request but no further action from VIJAY GAS agencies.

Please arrange for gas connection. since i am eagrly waiting for your valuable reply.

in nasik govinda fuel station, untwadi cidco, of indian oil corporation ltd. the people in petrol pump are not giving honestly petrol to customers & the people employed there are also agree with me that they did the mischeovous & told to not to be complaint.

but it is always happening with the customers. earlier the same incidents are happend with me & i caught them red handed on 25.03.2010 @ 7.00a.m.

pl. do the necessary action at the earliest
