Indian Post — non receipt of speed post

INDIAN POSTAL — NO RECEIPT

I HAVE SEND MY GOODS FROM DELHI TO IMPHAL ON DT 22/06/2010 CC NUMBER ED[protected]IN.I HAVE SEEN MY STATUS ON THE NET BUT THERE IS NO CLEARITY.I HAVE CALL DELHI GPO BUT EVERY TIME I FIND NEGATIVE RESPONSE EVERY TIME I RANG SPEED POST ENQUIRY SECTION THEY ALWAYS SAY SERVER IS DOWN.

I have send some important documents via speed post on dated 10/1/2012.Speed post number E[protected]IN at BERHAMPUR RMS OFFICE.Delivery Address is S GOSWAMI, LRW 517 ASC BN, GANGTOK, PIN905517.But till now is not received.

i am not received my and my sister graduation marksheet whom is to be
delivered by indian speed post.I am go to the post office but post
master say to me that no post available on this address and fianlly
today am go to delhi university and after delhi university director
say to me that my marksheet is post by him in dec month.
i am totally confused about my marksheet. this is very important for me.
my speed post no. is ED[protected]IN and my sister speed post no. is
ED[protected]IN.
