Respected sir,
I have to report a complaint against staff of postoffice, cherpulassery, palakkad dist, kerala state. I didnt know the fact that liquid samples could not be send to australia where my husband resides and i went to the above postoffice with liquid medicine samples. It was properly packed, wrapped in a cloth n wrote the content on the wrapper. l told them it was liquid medicines. They told ok,stamped and i payed Rs 309. After 10min,they called me and told that my registered parcel cannot be send. I went to postoffice and they asked the receipt and gave them in the hope that they will return the money i spend. they turned that paper into bits and gave my parcel back.when i asked for money, they shouted at me. On the slip pasted on the wrapper by them,it is written as follows..fgn-AIR-RL CHERPALCHERI [679503] A RL[protected]IN, counter no.1, OP-Code:CS, PrePS:Rs309.00, wt:375gm,02/01/2012, 13:53. i lost my money only because of their carelessness.. Complaint marked as Resolved
Respected Sir/Madam,
I have a complain against Post man named Pradip of Rabindranagar Post Office, Kolkata - 700065. According to him, the name of the road mentioned in my postal address is wrong and asked to change it because according to him it has been stipulated by me. How is it possible for an individual to name a road by himself. It has been stipulate by Dumdum Municipality and all relevant documents i.e. Mutation and Tax Receipt all shows the same name of the road, which he says is wrong. So according to him, he will not deliver any letters to any wrong address. But in the near past on 05 April 2013 a letter was delivered to the same address which was an Exam call letter from SSC. When I showed him that letter and asked how it has been delivered he denied of delivery of the same. In this process a Registered Post containing my Pension Papers ( as I am Ex Air Force retired recently) has been sent back. Now the above mentioned Post man is asking Bribes e.g. Mobile Phones, etc. to deliver any letter which comes to my address in future as he now knows that my Pension Papers will come again and fall in his hand only. I have spoken to Post Master of the Post Office but he has denied the same. So I am complaining in this forum and want my name to kept undisclosed as it may affect my future delivery of letters.
