To The Post Master General Burdwan Head Post Office Burdwan Sub: complaint against Mr. Mir Abbas Ali, a staff of Bajepratappur Post Ofice, Burdwan Sir, I am sorry that I am being compelled to write this letter. On 26-09-08 I went to Bajepratappur post office for some work regarding my account and contacted Mr. Ali but the said Mr. Ali had behaved in such a manner that I was hurt and forced to write this letter. It is a duty of your staff to behave politely and to render all kind of assistance to the customer but contrary to that Mr. Ali had refused to render any assistance besides making an altercation with me. I am a bonafide customer of that post office for several years but now I have decided to stop any transaction with that post office in near future unless and save my complaint is treated with best care and utmost urgency. Hope you will order an enquiry or any kind of action as you deem fit on that event within a fortnight and intimate me in this regard otherwise I will be forced to take an untoward step and also intimate everyone of my knowing circle which may cause great inconveniences to the reputation of the Postal Department. Such kind of the staff must be dismissed from the job. lakes of graduates people finding the job and such lazy, rud person must be suspended or dismissed who do not care for the customers.
In short the people are not because but the post office is becaust of the people.
i am going to make one complain against one employee who is very very rud dishonest and always harress the customer in place of becoming helpful

I AM 80 YEARS OLD AND REQUESTED TO SEND Rs 2520 THROUGH MONEY ORDER FROM RONDIA POST OFFICE(713420) VIDE SLIP NO 69 DATED 18 OCT 2010 FOR M/S TULSIAN CHAMBER, MUMBAI 21FOR MY MEDICATED KNEE-KAP. TILL DATE THE MONEY ORDER HAS NOT REACHED AND I AM NOT GETTING THE SAME DUE TO DELAY OF SERVICE .AT THIS AGE I HUMBLY REQUEST YOU TO TAKE UP THE MATTER AND EARLY ACTION.THE TELE NO. आप को ज्ञात है कि मै दिनेश धोबी दि. ३-१०-२००८ को २०००.०० रूपये (दो हजार रूपये ) का बिमा मुंबई में बोरीवली (वेस्ट ) के पोस्ट ऑफिस से लखनऊ के उन्नाव जिले के सरवन पोस्ट के नाम अपने गाँव भेजा, सर /मैडम जिसका पता और रसीद नम्बर इस प्रकार है -
रसीद नम्बर- आई एल बी १७३ है .
राधेश्याम धोबी स/ओ छेदा धोबी
ग्राम - जोरावर गंज, पोस्ट -सरवन
बड़ा पोस्ट -मौरंवा, जिला- उन्नाव

सर /मैडम मै बिमा के लिफाफा में पोस्ट मास्टर के सामने १०००.०० (एक हजार ) की एक नोट और ५००.०० (पॉँच सौ ) की दो नोट रखा था, लिफाफा मेरे सामने सील पोस्ट मास्टर ने किया था .और मैंने अपना औंगुठा लगाया क्यूंकि मेरे को साइन कराने नही आता है. इतना करने के बाद भी सर/मैडम मेरे भेजे गए बिमा के लिफाफा में मेरे यहा के पोस्ट मास्टर और मेरे पिताजी के सामने १००.०० (सौ रुपया )का एक ही नोट निकला,
अतः आप से विनम्र निवेदन है कि बिमा का चोरी कहा से हुआ आप इसकी पूछताछ करके पैसा दिलाने की कृपा करे .
