actully what happend i was booking tatkal E ticket on irctc as per railway rulse we can book tikcet after 8.00 am . but what i see ticket has been booked before 2-3 minute . and when i click 8.00 am that time ticket had gone. then what meaning of rules. that time i think this india Was this information helpful? | |

i just want to know that the new TATKAL charges from when will be implemented?, and wht is the system of tatkal charges. And now what is time to book the ticket of tatkal means how many time before ticket can be booked ...like before that the time was 5 days before neither less than nor more than it, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , please tell me
