[Resolved] Indian Railway — Online booking
On 03/01/08 I have booked the " I Ticket " for "Bangalore-Ernakulam" through online booking for 07/01/08 (Transaction ID is [protected]). It is sorry to say that I didn't received the ticket through courrier till last minute of Journey. Finally when I approached the Chief Railway Ticket Supervisor and other concerned staff of Bangalore City station ,they harrassed me so much and refused to help me for the travel till the last minute for departure of train i.e 5.10 pm (schedule dep. time is 5.15 pm) . Finally they forced me to write a application stating "I have Misplace ehe Ticket" and issued me a duplicate ticket charging Rs. 939/-(Ticket No[protected] dtd 07/01/08).
It was a worst treatment from the railway official which has caused lot mental distrubence for the lapse from railway authority. Also please be noted that I received the ticket from "Overnite courrier" on 07/01/08 at 8.45pm i.e after departure of train.
I would request you to take immediate & necessay action and reimburse the amount of Rs.939/- paid towards duplicate ticket at your earliest.
