[Resolved]  Indian Railway — RESERVATION SLIP NOT ISSUED

On 6/1/08, i was travelling from prayag station to renukoot in Triveni Express.I did not has reservation.I bought a ticket from prayag to Allahabad.There were many empty seats without reservation.I requested T.T. to allot me a seat.He charged 60 Rupees from me to allot a seat & allot me a seat but refuse to give me a slip.When i asked for the slip he threatened me that he will allow me to travel in the reserved coach.This happened with all the passenger.The name of the T.T, was Mr. G.D. Pandey.
I requested you to see this matter.

from the last five day's trying to avail the Tatkal Resevation facility but surprise for me IRCTC site were blocked from 8.02AM to 8.15AM after that the site running smoothly but of no use for us because all the Tatkal seat were occupied during said period
donot know whether it is delibrate or accidental, will you pl give officer details to whom the complain lodge
