[Resolved]  Indian Railway — No refund of cancelled ticket

i have booked tickets from newdelhi to mumbai central train no.2952 of 21.08.07,and cacelled my ticket from bareily TDR no. 460364,PNR[protected],amount 2025/-not recieved the refund yet inspite of so many visits to station clerks ,everytime execuses vary and I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO TAKE THE FOLLOWUP FROM CHIEF COMMERCIAL MANAGER (REFUNDS)at ND.should i visit delhi for the refund??

second canceeled tocket is frombarabanki to bareilly train no. 3151,TDR 460365,not recieved the refund yet,date of journey was27.08.07,and cancelled on 31.08.07,after6 months no response ..why????

should the passengers be held responsible for the poor system for refunds..

Indian Railways — No refund of ticket recieved

I had booked a ticket from chennai central to howrah on 16/06/2008 for train no 2840 using VISA Debit card. The ticket was worth 1857/-. the ticket no was 84054303 booked for three adults. The train was cancelled due to heavy rain as a result of which i had to cancell the ticket on 19/06/2008 vid. rn invoice no. 011362 bn 002395.Cancellation amount was 1857. But till date i have not recieved the refund amount. It was supposed to be credited on my VISA card but it has not been credited till date. I had given a reminder on sep 08 but to no avail. Therefore i request you to look into the matter and take necessary action.

Dear sir,
On 23/5/09 i have taken Dinner at IRCTC canteen in Ahemedabad on frist floor. The quality of food was very bad. The intention of service should be provide good food in cheap rate but...it was not there.
Please visit and check the quality.

Indian Railways — No Refund for Train Cancellation

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring this to your kind notice that I booked the following tickets in Indian railways :

Forward Journey:
Date : 28-Nov-10
Train Name and Number : 8478 kalinga Utkal Express
Boarding Station : Ghatsila
Reservation upto : Puri
PNR : [protected]
Booking date : 12-Nov-2010

And return journey details as :
Date : 01-Dec-10
Train Name and Number : 8477 kalinga Utkal Express
Boarding Station : Puri
Reservation upto : Ghatsila
PNR : [protected]
Booking date : 12-Nov-2010

The Train were canceled by Indian railways, and I lodged a complaint with [protected]@irctc.co.in giving the same details and asking for refund, left aside the trouble I had to face because of the cancellation. But, till date, I am not sure whether I will get my hard earned money back or not.

Please help me to get my due.
