[Resolved] Indian Railway — poor management in AC coach | |
Dear Sir, This is to inform that being a citizen of india i would like to convey that now a days many of the passangers are facing lots of problem while travelling in trains , i am a regular passanger of indian railways but day by day the services of indian railways are going worse. Yesterday when i was returning from Jabalpur to Bhopal via Jbl Bhopal express there was no one to provide the blankets, bedsheets,pillows etc. when i had asked from the attendant to provide the stuff then he was stunned and i don't know what's the matter going on ,used blankets bedsheets,pillows were provided to the pasengers this is shame for the indian railways , he was not aware about the services which is to be provided to the passangers before getting the seats , then everyone was doing self service to take the stuff and i had made a complain against the attandent to the TT incharge but he was also giving me the casual response , i asked for the complaint register which he was not in a position he straight away refuse to provide the register. This is the matter for the first time i had wrote this mail regarding the worse services given to the passengers , the same case is with the pride of india i.e Shatabdi Express according to me it is the worse train of india can you imagine the services provided is the shame for our country, the food which is provided in the train is too much worse i think we should take food from our home itself , i don't why people give so much money and if they giving then they should complain against the mishappening with the passengers. Indian Railway — POOR MANAGEMENT
1. GARIB RATH TRAIN NO 12354 AND 12353 DON'T HAVE ANY CLEANLINESS IN THE COACHES AND TOILETS. SO IT BECOMES VERY PAINFULL TO SUFFER FOR ALL THE PASSENGERS DAILY .2. Mr LALU HAD MADE THE CHAIR CAR OF GARIB RATH VERY CONJUSTED. NOW Miss MAMTA DIDI SHOULD GET IT RECTIFIED FOR THE SAKE OF THE LACS OF PASSENGERS.

Now the morning time, have taken the breakfast from irctc pantry boy. i was reading newspaper and he asked for ketchup i said ok give me. he asked for money i told him come late as i'll finish it of. he insisted to pay him right now, i paid him then and there. in the meal i got 2 fresh peices of bread without butter, the orange ketchup and the cutlet was of rotten potatoes. i was hungry i had the breads only. i asked another pantry boy about the matter he asked who was the boy... how can i say who he was just told him he was among one of you go bring him.
