[Resolved] Indian Railway Ticket Reservation — Railway employee doing fraud after ticket reservation | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have done reservation from Varanasi to Delhi (BBS DLI SPL train ) and then Delhi to Bangalore (Bangalore Rajdhani train). Every thing was fine. But after 30 minutes I got SMS from a railway ticket officer that your ticket has been blocked from ndls - bangalore, Please call immediately. When I called on that number then same employee who had booked my ticket told me to come on railway station to give extra Rs. 1000 because you have given less amount otherwise your ticket will be blocked. I went there and met him he told me again the same story and told to give again Rs. 1000 otherwise you will loss Rs. 4600. I told him I am sure that I have given correct ammount but he was repeating the same thing then I paid extra Rs. 1000. But later I came to know this fraud thing. I was very upset and I losing my faith and trust from Indian Railway services where employee is doing such serious fraud thing. I still have that mobile number from which I got SMS and also that SMS. That mobile number is: [protected] and SMS is 'Ur ticket is blocked ndls - bangalore 1ac, dated 17-05, call immediately'. I don't know that employee name. Please help me to get my money back and also do the need full with that employee to learn a lesson and for us to maintain our faith and trust with Indian raiway service. Ticket booking date: 04-April-2011 between 9:30 to 11:30 Ticket booked for: Om Kumar Yadav I would like to know the status of this complain at my mail address.
