[Resolved] Indian Railways — Bike Missing | |||
Bike Missing Complaint: ======== Respected Sir, I have booked my bike (UP 70 AR 4387 fromAllahabad JN, Uttar Pradesh toAnpara Sonebhadra, on 18th Aug 2012 and they loaded on 19th Aug 2012 into Triveni Express and with booking number [protected]. Still i didn't receive my bike and went to railway station for 4 times they are not responding properly. Could please look into this issue and let me know how to approach the things. I didn't get perfect information from any one. Could you please do needful as soon as possible. My name is Kamal Nagpal. I booked my bike(bullet 350cc) from Ambala Railway Station on 6th of january 2011 to be sent to pune and have not recieved it till date.
I asked about my bike from parcel office they told me because of not getting the space in jhelum express they have loaded my bike in train no:310 to Nizzamudin and the stupid thing is it is not running from 6th january as told by the railway officials.
So where the hell they have loaded my bike. I enquire about it from Nizzamudin also. It is not there. they have neither recieved nor dipatched it.
i am really harrased by the commercial office and the parcel office people. how can they be so careless. I am continuosly calling commercial office they are not picking up my call and when they do they are just misguiding me and telling me different no's to call on.
I hope through this msg my complaint will be sent to higher officials of the Railway Administration.
