Please refer to my earlier letter requesting for refund of money for the Journey intended on 06/04/2008 from Habibganj to Dadar Mumbai by Punjab Mail 2138 with the following details

Since both the tickets remained unconfirmed I went to the Habibganj Railway Station on the day of journey after preparation of the Chart at 14.30 hrs to return the Tickets, but the Ticket windows were closed (being Sunday) and ticket could not be returned.
Reaching Mumbai was essential and with no other alternative left, journey to Mumbai was conducted by Air on 7th April 2008 from Indore.
Under the circumstances both the tickets were submitted to the Railways official after my return from Mumbai on 9th April 2008 and TDR obtained.
It is regretted that even after a lapse of Eight Months neither refunds have been made nor any information regarding refund status has been provided.
I want to know the status and further time required to resolve the issue along with line of action railways expect me to take for getting refund.

I have Book Ticket on dated 21.03.2010 Lokamanya tilak Tarminus to Bhusaval but ticket not book, amout deducted my Bank Account when I check my Bank Account, I Check Irctc on the booked ticket HIstory the ticket not booked, so I requested you please give me detail & refund my deducted amount my Bank account
