[Resolved]  Indian Railways — non refund of fare of cancelled ticket

had booked e ticket from erode to chennai on[protected] by yercaud express. I had cancelled the ticket on[protected]. irctc has not given refund till date despite many e mails

non response to the e mail speaks volumes of possible corruption in fefund of cancelled tickets

I had cancelled the Eticket booked thru IRCTC due to late running of train number 4650 on 26/08/2009 from delhi - luckhnow by more than 6 Hours.

Full Money should be refunded as per the rules for late running trains.but i had rcieved a amount of Rs 277 only Kindly help me providing the full refund
