[Resolved] Indian Railways — e ticket cancellation not done | |
My journey from Trichur to Chennai on 8th December 2007 was cancelled due to Drivers starick at Trivandrum Division on 8.12.2007, I was forced to cancel my journey by that train. My ticket details are 1. Transaction ID No.[protected] 2.PNR No.[protected] 3.Train No.6323/SHALIMAR EXPRESS. 4.Date of Journey 8.12.2007 5. Journey from Thrisur to Chennai. 6. Govt. ID No.5435 of GOI 7 Ticket for three Adults Rs.774/- 8 My SBI Debit Card No.[protected] through which the e-ticket was booked Please kindly refund the ticket amount to my account. Due to sudden s trick by the drivers of Trivandrum Division on 8th December 2007 all the trains were delayed/can celled. As there is no proper information I forced to stay away from station and morning on 9th December I was forced to travel by some other train from Trichur to Chennai by taking fresh ticket/reservation. The refund for my e ticket has not been done till date despite my repeated e mail.
