[Resolved] Indian Railways Online Reservation System — Failed transaction: Amount needs to be refunded | |||
Hello IRCTC I am Sameera Kumar from Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. Today i.e. 15/02/2011 I was booking tickets using irctc online from Anantapur to Mumbai by Lokamanya Tilak Express. I used SBI-ATM-CUM-Debit card for payment. The web page said processing and waiting for www.irctc.co.in for a long time, but finally this page expired. I did not get ticket or any useful information. It didn't generate a PNR number. The amount of 2398 has been deducted from my account. I request you to arrange for a refund to my account.
