[Resolved] Indian Railways — suspending railway e ticket id | |||
Respected sirs, My railway id username is MAGOTECHS and that of my wife is bhatgirija. All of a sudden without any prior intimation railways have suspended mine as well as my wife's e-tkt ids,which was in use for years together. For my complaint mail they replied that same email id is used for both e tkt ids. I gave them different ids as I could not change profile due to suspension. Their reply is that they cannot remove suspension and hence both email id as well as mobile numbers are blocked by them for ever. My complaint is that they cannot block my mobile for ever. I also demand demerages for causing undue troubles to both o[censored]s,mental agony and illtreat vide deficiency in service. They are suggesting to create new id with different mobile number and email id. How does this solve their problem of duplication of ids?. More over I wish to have transactions and messages in my existing prefered mobile number ,which railways cannot block from railway e- usage. However ,If you permit I can attach and send series of e- correspondance ,so that the issue may be more clear to you.
