Indian Railways Tdr Refund — Improper TDR Refund | |||
Hello Sir, I had filed a TDR with Indian Railways on 17 Oct, 2010 against PNR number [protected]. The reason for TDR filing was that the train was late for more than 3 hours. As per the Indian Railway rules, I should have been refunded the entire full fare i.e., Rs 690. However as per the current status of TDR on IRCTC, I have been refunded only Rs 344. Please look into the matter urgently and oblige. i have canceled my ticket dated 25/11/2010 c.code no : 78650 but my ticket is not been canceled my PNR no. is [protected], Tr.id:[protected] in the name of Bharat shrimal and Sandhya shrimal date of journey 22/11/2010 & second ticket PNR no. :[protected], Tr.id :[protected] date of jouney 05/12/2010 but this ticket is also not been canceled and we have not done our journey so we request you to refund our amount to my bank account at your earliest.

Indian Railways — Improper refund amount
I have booked my ticket on 5/10/2009 through internet , from Solapur to Kalyan (Maharashtra) Journy date was 11/10/2009 train No 6382.After reaching to station I came to know that said train has been cancelled due to track problems.After filing TDR for refund, with hell lot of followup I have received refund after 5 months .Refund amount received is Rs. 90/- where as ticket amount was Rs.383/-
I would like to know instead of getting compensation on account of harrashment by Railways , they are not even refunded my full amount .
Can I approch to consumer court .
Kindly guide
