[Resolved]  Irctc — Session expired after making payment - No ticket booked -- bank account debited

Sir,
I faced a problem while booking a ticket now on irctc.co.in from Jamu Tawi(JAT) to Pune(PUNE) for 15th Apr 2009 in 1078 Jhelum Express.

After entering the details, I made the payment using SBI debit card. After making the payment I got the message that the session is expired.

I checked my SBI bank transactions and I can see a payment of 629/-. However when I see the list under "Booked Tickets" on the website, I dont see any reservation made.
Please advise what to be done since I have made a payment and there is no booking done by the website.

I faced a problem while booking a return ticket now on irctc.co.in from Kumbakonam[kmu] to hosur[hsra] for 5/12/2011 in 16231 mysore express. After entering the details of the three passengers, I made the payment using PUB debit card. After making the payment I got the message that the session is expired.

I checked my PUB bank transactions and I can see a payment of 620/- made . However when I see the list under "Booked Tickets" on the website, I dont see any reservation made.

Please advise what to be done since I have made a payment and there is no booking done by the website.

I faced the problem lots of times and money got refunded within 10 days. But transaction charges never refunded. The worst website is irctc.co.in. No speed but ready to abandon session. atleast it should be fast if you expire session soon or make timeout interval to greater value to suit your website speed.

Dear Sir,
I faced a problem while booking a ticket now on irctc.co.in from Ahmedabad (ADI) to Delhi (DLI) for 27th Dec. 2013 in 12915 Ashram Express.

After entering the details, I made the payment using SBI debit card. After making the payment I got the message at 10.57 AM on 26.12.2013 for payment transaction, after that the session is expired.

I checked my SBI bank transactions and I can see a payment of Rs. 551/-. However I have not received the ticket Details of on the website, Now I am not able to Travelling due the same.

Today i was trying to book an e-ticket from Trivandrum to Eranakulam in Jan shatabdi.All the entries have made and payment was done by using my SBT ATM card, using the option Debit card, SBI in the field provided by irctc, by card bearing No.*********8588.after payment message received from SBT that Rs 352.00 debited from my account, but the system shows that " the session expired ".Me go through the irctc site and selected the option "refund status of failed transaction''. There i can see in ticket history that my PNR No is "0" and transaction Id is [protected]. How i can refund my debited amount from my account?.

After entering the details, I made the payment using Bank of Maharashtra debit card. After making the payment I got the message that the session is expired.

I checked my Bank of Maharashtra bank transactions and I can see a payment of ₹1641.16/. However when I see the list under "Booked Tickets" on the website, I dont see any reservation made.
Please advise what to be done since I have made a payment and there is no booking done by the website.
