I am unable to login into IRCTC site. i was tried to reset my password but it was not allowing to me change the password even i had entered the correct answer for Hint question. it is giving the error like Your password could not be reset. Please suggest me the way to reset my password.

Hi Sir,

Accidently or something has hapened, thats why I am not able to login to my irctc login account with the same password., might be someone has chnaged and I dont remember security question.

Can I get my password emailed to me at the email ID I have registered in IRCTC account as soon as possible.
I have booked ticket which I have to cancel.

i m forgot my password when i reset my password message show : your password could not be reset. why!
plz suggest other way...

i forgot my password and my secret question too please send me the relevants.

i had entered the password but the account did not opened. when i clicked the forgot password and answered the question my password was sent to my mail but the password was different . how this happened?

i forgot my user id and password and i have also entered an incorrect mail id in my IRCTC profile. please help me to cancel my e-ticket as soon as yo can as my travel is scheduled on 22nd april. waiting for ur help and support as soon as i can.

i have booked the ticket but now i forgot my password please tell me how i can solve the problem, i know the user id and secret question. when i typed the secret question it said your password is reset and have been sent to your e mail i dont which mail it gone kindly tell me any other solution.

I am trying to change my irctc password and I have gone to forgot password but after providing the details the wizard has shown that password cannot be reset.And I cannot access my account with previous password also So, I request you to tell me the procedure so that I can use my old password or Procedure to change my password at the earliest because I have to cancel my ticket with in 2 days to bangalore
