[Resolved]  Irctc — Unable to book Tatkal tickets

Although there are 536 complaints available on IRCTC in this forum, has any action taken on it to rectify the problem. I am fed up booking any Tatkal tickets in IRCTC. I have never booked any Tatkal ticket, The IRCTC people are deliberately blocking the site exactly at 8 AM every morning. Are they just providing a service for the agents. It is very clear that the IPs of the agents alone can access the site. Why is this? Anyway, I really wanted to get use of the Consumer Complaints Forums, If this forum is just for reflecting our thoughts, then there is no use. Please some one let me know, will any action taken on not?

Its time waste process to book tatkal in IRCTC. Its full irresponsible thing from Ministry of Railways. Please take some action and do some better things for common people. But they won't.

CBI investigation should be done in this case for Tatkal ticketing problems. I am sure some massive fraud things are happening by IRCTC folks, They are deliberately blocking the site and opening gates for agents for selling tickets in double of actual tatkal price. I am not sure why the government is not focussing on this issue. All they need just 75 rupees extra per ticket in tatkal. They don't bother who is getting and how they are getting. A sleeping and useless railway board.

Im Uma from Chennai. Even i tried many times to book tatkal ticket on line but its waste of my time. Very poor service. IRCTC should take some measures to improve this.
