[Resolved]  Irctc — partially waitlisted Tatkal ticket refund

dear sir,

as per the railway rules, kindly inform us the timeframe of filing the TDR.
pl note that we are being harrassed by the railways for which we shall be forced to use RTI and shall file a suit in consumer protection cell to get our elligible refund amount alongwith judicial expenses.

pl do the needful to avoid any legal complications.

I have booked a tatkal ticket in Ac three tire on 07/11/11 the pnr no is [protected] which is in ckwl 13 ckwl 14 ckwl 15 ckwl 16 & at the time of charting only one ticket is conformed all other three ticket is in wl .

so the only one person is traveled on that ticket all other person not travel

So please refund the amount for 3 ticket which not conformed and the pasanger not travael on that ticket only one person is traveled only one person is traveled on that ticket the name of the person is J B Bhandari age 60 .
