[Resolved]  Irctc — refund

I have booked e-ticket Transaction ID [protected], PNR No.[protected],on 3 may 2010, the train no 0132 was running late by more than three hours. Please arrange to make refund.

After giving you eamil of cancellation of tickets on given address two to three times then also its not recieve then .pn no [protected], [protected]

what should we do as its not our end fault so if you want proof we can send you eamil from my send copy of eamil also so that can check that when we have given you eamil so kindly pay attention on that or forward my eamil to your senior as its not problem of mine but more agent like me .

so we have to face problem in that with coustomer

I was trying to book a train ticket online using my debit card. Thre was an error during transaction and could not book my tickets. I got a message from IRCTC saying that they have not received the payment from bank but the amount has been debited from my account.

I have booked e-ticket on 17th Jan.09 for 15th april 09 having PNR no.[protected] and have paid the full fare.

I would now like to avail the railway concession eligible to my daughter Ms.Ritika Mandal and her mother Mrs.Usha Mandal, who is travelling with her as an escort. The necessary concession order duly completed in all respects has been received by me on 6th March 2009.

I would like to know the proedure for availing the refund of the excess amount over the concessional fare paid by me at the time of original reservation.

If you need any further clarification in the matter please let me know

An early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

i did my reservation on train no 2839(howrah chennai mail) ..my ticket not booked but the transaction had been done and my money has been deducted vill they refund my money back???

I tried to book ticket online using irctc.co.in online booking facility. First time money was deducted from my SBI saving account but ticket was not booked. however i tried again and booked the ticket.
Thus, i want to get refund for unbooked ticket (transaction id - [protected]). i am afraid because in my failed transaction its showing that money did not recieved from bank.

i cancelled the ticket in may but which a/c i booked my ticket that is closed so i give the my new a/c no. to irctc but after regular follow up to irctc only my partial amount is refund.my balance amount pending till date.please advice what i do now.

i tried two times reservation on urs site but failed to get the ticket and mines money was deducted from mines account...
first time i forgot to write the track id ..
but next time i wrote it while doing again the reservation...
it was track id-[protected]..
so please let me know what i should do get my money back...
my destination was from delhi to bhopal...

I booked my ticket in LAL QUILA EXPRES (TRAIN #3111) from kanpur central to delhi for the date 14.12.2009, the train arrival time at kanpur central was 7.00 pm but it was 08 hrs late.I had a very important meeting at delhi but due to that delay could not attend that meeting.So i kindly request you to please refund my ticket amount of Rs-734(Rs seven hundred thirty four rupees only).

Hi,

I am following this issue from last 45 days and IRCTC is asuring me that they have done ther work from ther end but still I have not received the ammount.

Summary:
Hotel Ticket booked for shimla through IRCTC on 18/11/2009
Ticket Cancelled 09/dec/2009
Check in date : 1412/2009

According to them it generally takes 7 to 14 working days to refund the ammount, but now its more than 50 days and still I have not received the ammount.

I have attached the screen shot of all transactions of both end, please go through it and help me out.

i haven't received the refund for the pnr number [protected]. there was

part cancellation but I haven't received the refund for Rs. 3830 cancelled on 22
March 2010. As per the telephonic duscussion with you about the refund which has been processed on 21 April 2010 has not been credited to my credit card. My card used for booking the ticket was [protected] and now the card has been updated to a new credit card number by citibank.

Please refund Rs. 3830 soon to my credit card and oblidge.
