i booked two 3ac ticket from delhi to varanasi..
transaction id .[protected] pnr - [protected]
only one of my ticket got confirmed and the other had a waiting status after chart preparation
so as per railway rule it should get refunded automatically..

why should i go though a useless lengthy TDR process when it is a automatic process..
i have emailed irctc many time but i dont think they understand the issue...

I had booked in an E-ticket for rajdhani under Tatkal scheme for a journey on 4Th May 2011.The ticket status was waiting at the time of train departure.So i talked to customer support and they said that the ticket will automatic get canceled and amount will be reverted but that never happened.I tried to get hold of customer support team but no response.i just want to know why I am not getting a refund, when my journey was canceled stating "you cannot travel in rajdhani with waiting tickets"

I sent so many mail in regards to this, but i received no proper response.
IRCTC said they already refunded.
But I have not received the amount in my bank. I forwarded bank passbook copy as proff from that day I get only one answer from IRCTC -

i was tried to reserve ticket online...in that process....my money was pay through andhra bank...but the reservation was failed...and that amount of money is not refunded in my account...this process is in IRCTC..railway reservation.
