[Resolved]  IRCTC Thomascook Itzcash — Refund

I had booked two tiket through thomascook web portal. Tiket had not booked but money is deducted from my account and it gone about 1 month they are not refunding my money. Still itzcash card division says that money is not reached to me. Thomascook costomarcare is not responsive. Although i had mailed several time them that the ir number ir[protected] and ir[protected] total is about rs 1600. And

Here thomascook s not resposing well. Even they pick up the fone and hearing that someone is asking for their money put doun fone carelssly. The bloody pepole are there in mumbai thomascook haed office.

Anyway i need my money anyway. That is urgent for me.
