I had booked two tiket through thomascook web portal. Tiket had not booked but money is deducted from my account and it gone about 1 month they are not refunding my money. Still itzcash card division says that money is not reached to me. Thomascook costomarcare is not responsive. Although i had mailed several time them that the ir number ir[protected] and ir[protected] total is about rs 1600.
