Kingfisher — Refund of time

Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Kingfisher air ticket from Patna to Ranchi depart date 16 March. 2012 at 14 :20 hrs with reference no. [protected] and airline pnr no FWEFVL, through your YATRA.COM. But due to some reason flight was cancelled . Kingfisher Airlines Executive told me that this full amount will be refunded from Yatra in your account and he cancelled the ticket and put stamp on e ticket. I called on your number [protected]/[protected] many times for about my refund money but no response was given to me.
Please do the needful to refund my money in the Account o[censored]nion Bank of India, Rajabazar, Patna, Account No.: [protected], having IFSC No. UBIN0545325 and MICR No.[protected].
