Hi Guys,

I had bought 2 tickets for the India - Aus ODI from Kyazoonga.com

MCA has already announced that it will refund the money but I am terribly disappointed with the service of
Kyazoonga.com as they have still not provided any information on how to get the money back.

I have already called them several times for the same.

Since MCA are the owners of the tickets and the event, the modalities of the refund are the sole decision of the MCA. The process they have defined on their website is refunds will be given against physical tickets only. Kyazoonga.com — Online transaction money deducted but ticket was not delivered

Hi,

I purchased ticket for world cup in Bangalore for March 6 India vs. Ireland, I have not received ticket or any confirmation mail from your side.

After writing several mails and calls there is no responce, they are not returning the money also.

Its the same with me. What to do now. It's a Fraud service. How BCCI or ICC can give them the official partner status?

This is to inform that its been a month now I have tried booking my bryan adams show tickets from your website and I have not got the refund for both the transaction which has not got approved. During the first trial my tickets were also not booked but in the second trial the transaction was again not approved but my tickets got booked.



I have placed a refund request through the online request form but have not yet got the refund.



Kindly process both my refund asap as my credit card people has generated my monthly bill for the same.

The Bryan Adam show was also cancelled(its been two months back)

ConsumerDaddy is a website which resolves customer complains free of cost - you just need to register (for free) and update your complaint. I have done and I'm sure if you all also update your details/ info here, then there is a chance that there would be some pressure on these kyazzonga ppl.

No point in letting it go - this is the best way to get back at them. and it doesnt even take a lot of our time.

Hi, Me too booked 4 tickets for same match and not received yet ..not sure whats going on, their CC number is always busy...and no replies on email ...:(

yeah.. this kyazoonga guys totally sucks...
same story i had booked for 4rth may ipl ticks on 14rth april..
still i havent recieved any courier..

I have also booked 2 tickets for the same match. Even I have not received any tickets till now. Just 1 week to go for the match. Kyazoonga replied to my email saying that you will receive your ticket CLOSE to the Match Date. I really dont know what do they mean by the Term CLOSE.
Please post the comment in case you guys receive ticket.

IPL tickets not delivered
I had booked 2 tickets for IPLT20 match at Navi Mumbai scheduled for May 4, 2011. Tickets were booked on April 18, 2011 with option to receive by courier.

Till date I've not received my tickets. Any and all attempts to contact Kyazoonga.com are fruitless. There is no response on their contact nos. (+[protected], +[protected]. There is no response to e-mails sent to [protected]@kyazoonga.com

There are no known outlets or contact points of Kyazoonga in Mumbai where one could speak to a human being to understand their game plan.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to get these tickets.

i had purchased 11 tickets for same match, i could track it by putting ref no starting with KZ on Bluedart

Yes I was able to track the courier as suggested by Baba Phad in the site

I selected the Ref no radiobutton, Entered the Reference Number starting with KZ.
And I was able to see the following information at the bluedart site:
Pickup Date: 26 April 2011
From: Mumbai
To: Pune
Status: In Transit Await Delivery Information
Expected Date of Delivery: 27 April 2011
