I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

Mobile LG Kp220 — MOBILE THEFT BEFORE DELIVERY TO DESTINATION

LG TV (Model no: 29 FD5FGE - TA) — I have been cheated and been given a model which is out dated.

I have bought LG TV ( Model no: 29 FD5FGE-TA ) form one of your dealer ( Navrang Audio Video Pvt. Ltd, D10, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi .Invoice no: 16851 ) on 21st April under exchange scheme. The TV was delivered to me on 22nd April at about 4.00 pm. On reaching home I was shocked to see that the Year of manufacturing was rubbed of ( torn off ) from both the stickers which were pasted on both the side of the TV box. Which clearly shows that the dealer wanted to hide some facts about the same. I feel I have been cheated and been given a model which is out dated.


I have send my complain to [protected]@lgindia.com along with the photo of the both the side of the sticker which confirms the above mention facts but to surprise 1. For four days there was no response 2. some one called me from LG and said the dealer (Navrang Audio Video Pvt. Ltd ) is one of there biggest dealer and they cant do any thing about this.


This is how LG treats there customers. I don’t want your TV. Please take it back and I will buy some other brand.

LG (LG A/C Split) — BAD SERVICES

I had been to Sekar store showroom ain Ambattur to purchase LG A/C (split 1.10) which I did. First thing I was disappointed that they have stated LG dealer will be sendign a guy for installation of A/C .But they havent turned up till 15/05/2008./ We are Keep on trying to reach them and informed about this installation . They told service guys will be coming but no responses.

The person whom we contacted are ganapathy and shajiv .

Very disappointing.

We purchased an AC one year back. However in the past one year despite our repeated requests we have been able to service our AC only once. From the past three weeks we have been trying to get our second service done but of no avail The customer service people just seem to be interested in generating complaint ids and request nos . Beyond that they are least bothered about what happens thereafter. The service center (Bhushan Services, andheri east) headed by mr unmesh has this uncanny ability of not picking up our calls.
Last week the service center promised that they would send a executive this week. however on contacting the customer service they had apparently closed our service request. Wish i had purchased another company ac! Saying that the service is "pathetic " would be an understatement.

LG - Mobile {Rd - 6250, CDMA} — Bluetooth is not working

I am Bhupendra Sharma. I have purchased LG-RD-6250 {CDMA} in feb-2-2008 It is still in warranty period.I have serviced my mobile in the dakc navi mumbai LG service centre THREE TIMES on the date of 10th, 17th & 19 may 2008 but still my mobile have the same problem "BLUE TOOTH IS NOT WORKING ".

I fed up going again & again for your service centre as well as my communication is also affecting due to this problem.
Plz give me reply as soon as possible, otherwise I will have to go in CONSUMER COURT.
its not safe or LG products are not worth to buy... i believe LG products are dumped else were in the world thts y they are getting into indian market. none of the products have a good service satisfaction and customers are not handled well. when we lodge a complaint it takes nearly 15 days for them to attend the complaint morever these sales persons always give excuses that they met with an accident. its better to go for products like whirlpool, samsung, philips, sony the services are good

LG Refrigerator — Low quality product and very poor service

from last two week facing problems, no cut off, no termostat swich working properly so refrigeretor continues heating and due to heating plastic defrost bowl brocken, so that water droping on comoressor and flooring and not geting cooling efect properly

Dealer support — Complaint regarding poor service from distributor

I WAS TREATED NOT IN A GOOD RESPONSE BY ART COOL SERVICE CENTER (KOTLA).I HAVE A COMPLAINT AGAINST ACs REMOTE WHICH IS NOT WORKING . ART COOL SERVICE HAD GIVEN A TIME TO COLLECT A NEW REMOTE ON (23 JUNE 2008).ON A DELIVERY DATE THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE A NEW REMOTE.THEY ARE USING ABUSING LANGUAGE IN SHOP.THEY ARE NOT ATTENDING CUSTOMER"S ON TIME.ON A SCALE OF 10 I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE "ZERO" FOR THEIR SEVICES AND NOT ATTEDING CUSTOMERS.I HOPE IN FUTURE I WILL NOT FACE THESE FROM LG SERVICES.

LG/ AC — COMPLAINT NOT RESOLVING DESPITE REPEATED CALLING

WINDOW AC IS NOT COOLING & COMPLAINT WAS IST MADE & ATTENDED ON 7/05/08 BY PAYING Rs 225/-. After that many complaints were made & the last 1 was made on 20th june.. N8C62000842.
The ac thermostat is not working & i had requested to install the remote facility unit.
This is very dissatisfying from a well reputed copany like lg.

LG Referigratop 430 ltrs — Door dismanteled

Comp. Vide Request Id no N8C63000360 dated 30.6.2008 (uegent) at 10.00am
Mr Ranjit Service engr came at 4.00 o'clock and noted the same and urged to carry the Fridge at their Sevice station and in turn Standby Fridge shall be provided on 1.7. 2008 at 11.00 am sharp, in view of a function at my home on 4th of july. Mr Manuji Srivastawa ([protected]) also assured for the same.

on 1.7.2008 at 12.30 pm I enquired from Mr Srivastava, who in turn told that the fridge is being carried to your place and reaching shortly. But all in vain. Following tele- calls remain unresponded despite chain of calls at your customer care centre too. I was made to call at [protected] (Ms Shashi Incharge of the Area) who noted down my greivance and assured to revert back shortly. But no response thereafter despite my repeated calls and no body picks up the call even. This is the general practice at the centre at all levels. Service Engnr Mr Ranjit ([protected]) has also surrendered with the plea that I have been reminding to Mr Manuj Srivastawa and I can only remind again that is it.

Precisely my complaint remains unattended till date at the time of writing this complaint ie 6.45pm

In view of foreging circumstances I urge upon the Management of the Product to please look into the matter on priority.

LG Air Conditioners — Bad Quality product and no customer care at all

I had bought 3 window and one split LG air condioners from M/s Eendee Sales and Services Pvt. Ltd in 2006.One window started giving trouble from day one and now even the compressor has also gone.It was repaired about 4/5 times in the first year of my buying it.
Mr. Jitesh of M/s Eendee Sales and Services Pvt. Ltd.was quite nice till the warranty was in force but there after he refused to co-operate inspite of me calling him up more than 10 times.
Finally i lodged a complaint with the customer care they sent people from M/s Comfortpoint to collect 2 air conditioners 1 for change of compressor and the other one for refill of gas and they promised to install them back by June 30, 2008.
What is sickening is that these people do not listen at all they promise to install them the next day.
LG should refrain from appointing such dealers and companies to carry out repaires.If this is the treatment to a buyer who has bought 4 air conditioners i can imagine the state of buyers who have bought a single unit.

LGINTELLOAIR AIRCONDITIONERS — Misbehave and poor service

I purchase a Window LG Airconditioner of 1.5 ton from OM AIRTECH, 54, Elliot Road Kolkata-700 016, Phone No.[protected]/[protected] on 05/04/2008. After 5 days i complain for non working of Remote. His perpon collect the remote and repediatly i call him for replace the remote, every time Mr. parekh Properietor of the firm misbehave with me, I request for Remote and he give me time and time . At last i send my staff to collect the Remote, he replace the Remote with a old Remote, after that i got same problem in the Remote. Till date not any servicing doing by him, free srvice of first qurater due on or before 05/07/2008. kindly look into the matter and relace the Remote with new remote and send the person for doing first service.

I have given my DVD writter for repair, I have not even played a single dvd on it.
I have given to LG Service centre, Chandigarh on 28.06.2008, Job no is N8S62803785.
I have been told to collect on 1st or 2nd July. I called up on 5th to know the status, i have been told that i can collect my DVD writter on Monday i.e 7th July 2008.
Today, i have been told by Mr Mohit & Mr Pawan, that i will be getting my writter on Wednesday i.e on 9th July 2008, if part will be available.

This is really a third clas type of service from LG. Any Service centre always keeps parts in stock,
If Service centre doent have parts in stock, then I request LG not to provide service centre to those who cant keep stock.
