I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

LG T5100 — Poor service & c

I brought LG T5100 camera phone with 1.3 mega pixels resolution. I took excellent photographs when visited Ooty, Kodai, Mysore, Warangal and Nagarjuna sagar.Particularly photos were very good when compared to other company equivalent cell phones. I used to recommend about this to my friends. After three years o[censored]se, camera recently stopped working. I gave for repair to LG service center at abids, Hyderabad. Service center name is Primus Informatics & software ltd at shop no.18A, Methidist complex, Opp. Chermas lane. He said it is flexible connector problem costing around Rs750/. Finally it was not all repaired, it was fitted properly and I had to make six trips to the service center.Since they could not repair, I gave to some other sevice center. It was found that flexible connector was removed. Please rectify the problem. I can purchase new phone but I have some attachment with this phone.I hope LG company will take proper action aganist the service center. BRM Reddy

LG Portable DVD Player 7inch Display — not accepting purchasing bill as warranty

sir i bought a portable DVDplayer with 7inch display, it's lense got damaged and need to replaced i purchased this item at SARAVANA ELECTRONICS T NAGAR CHENNAI they gave me a small slip like ATM transaction slip with computer billing in which they mentioned the date of purchase amount and the wrong item no the item is made in malaysia, they told me that it covers all india warranty of one year but here at hyderabad they are not accepting .Pls sugest me how to proceed, the warranty upto end of next month only reply me immediately because there is not much time

Mobile LG handset — Mobile not working

LG - LCD TV (Size 26") — Continous complaints - not working at all

CONTENTS OF THE COMPLAINT


(1) Just after a month of purchase, my set started serious problems and ultimately after regular follow-up, it was got replaced but even after replacement the new set is also not working properly from the day first.

(2) Then visits of LG engineers started and even after 'n' no. of visits the answer was BIG ZERO.

(3) Afterwards, my set was carried to for Testing & repair, a 20-25 days back, which was later on installed at my residence with a claim that it has duly been checked from
every angle.

(4) Ultimately Today again LCD set is Crying for repair again vide my Complaint No. - N8-CC-1308111 on Dec 13, 08 which was changed to N8-CC-1604906.

(5) As per visiting engineer(one Sardarji)the major thing (He was using some techincal term, which my mother could not remember) is not functioning, then Engineer explained in a layman language that a thing (component) like PICTURE TUBE OF T.V. has been failed, and u will appreciate that a component like TV Tube is the major stuff of any Visual system.

(6) I have informed to the company that if i don't receive atleast a satisfactory reply about the actions to be initiated for my LCD, by 18th evening then i will have no option but to go for legal help and LG company would not be able to claim that a sufficient time to reply even was not given.(action is altogether a different part), but till this date, not received any satisfactoy response from LG.

LG (Double Door) Fridge 220 Lts — No cooling

Poor Service after sales.

We have purchased LG Refridgerator(Double door 220 lts) on 14 Jan '08.During the purchase time dealer promised that if any problem occurs they sevice within 24 hrs, But after selling the product the dealer not stand with his promise.

Now my fridge is not in working condition from 25Dec.08 mornig.
I called ur customer service and the service people given instruction over the phone to swithch off the fridge immediately and on the fridge with by 8pm.

But after 8pm there is no improvement, the problem still exist. Again i request the customer service people on 26Dec'08 morning they strictly told they will come only between 5 to 7 pm. Again i given remainded on 7.30 pm still they told that they will come, but till now (8.45pm) nobody came.

LG / Frost Free Refrigerator — Incompetent Service

Hi, We had bought an LG refrigerator 6 years back. From the first year itself it started giving problems and would stop working every couple of months. The service centre people would just come and change the gas and say that every thing is fine. But nothing was ever fine. They could never figure out what the problem was and we would spend on getting the gas filled again and again.. Sometimes even twice in one month. You can understand my level of frustration from this. I do not understand what a warranty means if a problem cannot be resolved by the technicians and only a temp fix is done. Ideally if they could not figure out the problem, they should have changed the entire unit. Last time (5 months back) they told me it is a compressor problem and changed that the third time. Now my compressor is not even in warranty and I again have the same problem (should be around the 11th time now). If they did not know the solution to the problem why didn't the service people change the unit the first year itself? I had never expected it from a brand like LG and am very dis-satisfied with the service and product quality. Apart from the monetary loss, this has also resulted in a constant tension. I reported this to your service Centre and they cleared that complaint about 5 times in between this four month. Now The phone is totally dead. Lg/tv — Very Poor Customr Service

I have complaint in LG Customer care 25 days back one engieer came at my place and tried his hands on my TV but made it worse earler my TV used to take an hour to get start but after his art my TV has stopped switching on. and I have complained alot, but every time the executive in the custopmer care says mam I have set a reminder in the priority basis but still now no calls and nobody has visited at my place to check my Tv.
