I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

lg tvji with bofer — neglect of complaineds made by us for more than a month

Microwave function does not work. All the control functions are displaying correctly in the LCD display but the contents does no heat up at all.

LG Vaccum Cleaner — poor performance

Hi i bought LG vaccum cleaner 2 months back. from day one i found that cleaning efficiency is not good and i complained through theri web site, to the LG exhibition center at hyderabad, LG representative at EZONE hyderabad 3 times. 3 times the service engineer came and informed that the product capacity is like that only and it cant do better. i tried to clean the dust from PC table. there was fine dust still on the table. even i have shown to the service engineer. finally i found some leak in the flexible pipe joint and informed to the service engineer who promised to replace. Even after 2 months no one rplaced. it is in same status and the prodcut is just use less. I am really fed up with these fellows. i also compained through SMS as well to one of the LG person. He called me and informed that he will check. but till today nothing happend.

Truly i am very upset with my mobile phone (Model no: LG-RD3100). It is getting restart automatically severaltimes and when i visited to LG service center then they told this is due to battery but i tested my battery with other mobile phone, it is OK. I don't understand what is wrong with the LG Phones. Others who have the same phone, have same problem.
My new fridge was repaired and a new compressor was installed but only after 4 hours the fridge again stopped working.

Now I am just fed up of all this procedure and I reqeust my fridge to be replaced immediately and pay me cash so that I can go in for a new fridge of different make and definately not LG in my whole life.

LG Refrigerator 248lag4 — COOLING PROBLEM

Refrigerator is not cooling in both doors and noisy voice is arised. Outside (backside of the refrigerator) is hot. LOCK of the refrigerator is not functioning.

LG refrigirator 195 ltrs — Irresponsible and cheating dealor

I purchsed electronic goods(Samsung washing machine, Lg refrigirator) on 21st march 2009 and i paid the money on the same day at oranage electronics-banaswadi, Outer ring road, banagalore.But they postponed the delivery of the goods several times and There is no proper response from them. Finally they delivered the goods on 1st April and they made me a big fool, as they delivered the goods in opened condition and also that LG refrigirator was a disply product in their shop, they packed on their own and delivered to me. I didnt get any catalog, warranty card, addiotional documents and keys with the product.There are some scratches on them. Fridge not looking as a fresh one.

The main problems i had with them:
1. Improper delivery of the goods.
2. Promised several times and failed to deliver.
3. Wated my time so much.
4. There is exact person to look for the complaints.
5. Arrogant and rash sales persons.
6.More over, No proper response from them for the mistakes.

This is regarding LG mobile KP220 model which i possess. i purchased it last year & they have changed the main board twice. this has caused great inconvenience to me as the mobile would switch off on its own many many times. now since the last change it is working fine... but since the warranty for the same might expire, i am worried that the same problem if it repeats would mean a waste of this mobile... the service provided was alright.. but i hoped this time it would be completely rectified... i would like to make a consumers complaint for the same in case of a repeat problem as this has caused a lot of inconvenience being a practicing radiologist. i have made my phone number available to them...

despite the helpline writing back & proving me the number of one mr vishal sharma who is not reachable... nothing is done.. they said they will replace the model with no such action...

LG RD-6100 — Service Issue LG

Dear Sir/Madam,


This is inform youn that being a previledged customer of LG india i have faced

many problems.These issues were escalated many a times but no service was availed

to me and i feel like a harrased indiviadual who did a great mistake by

purchasing LG handset.As per your job sheet rules you have mentioned that written

and i qoute, "If this handset is not picked within 15 days of promise date as

mentioned, then ASC shall re-swap the defective PCB inside this handset so as ti

make it in same condition as as it was received."Why do you claim what you cant

achieve??

For your refence i am a customer based at cuttack who purchased a LG RD6100 CDMA

mobile on dt-30.06.2008 but it was faulty on 20.10.2008.

professionalisim of your emapalled service centers?Even after more than 50 visits

to your service outlet there was no remedial process.I will personally and

Last year i purchased the LG throme washing m/c. on the date of[protected].it was repaired on[protected] & i loged complaint against it on lg customer care on the date. my complaint request id is (s9c[protected]. but my washing m/c is still not repair & the technician is very poor, he came for 3or4 times but he can't able to recognize, waht is the fault! is, and also i comlained to cutomer care so many times but there is no use and i ask the "call attending person" to call the manager but they never give it to him because the branch manger is try to refusing me and they said the manager will conduct me but last three days i am getting the same reply. so i ask the conduct number of manager they gave the number ([protected]) i tryed somany times but he never picked up & he kept the phone away. so i very much highly disoppointment with your services. in particular branch (chennai annanagar)& kanchipuram district service provider, so u must take action against them. and also here after i won't purchase any product of lg & i will recommed others too.
If my m/c will not repaired in two days or any action will not take against them i will sure that i will go for media & consumer court too.

LG / Ac 12g2 — Non attendance of the service personnel

I have lodged a complain to the customer care service on April 6 vide complain no N9C[protected] to send a technician to render service to my AC which was purchased a yer back and it is giving some noise.Till date nobody attended my complain in spite of the fact the matter was reminded on April 8 to the customer care centre and one Mr Mrintunjoy assured me that necessary action will be taken within 24 hours.It is really disgracing since I din't face such probelem from the service.I am having all the LG products in my house

If no action is taken within next 24 hours I shall take up the matter with your customer cell in Kolkata LG office.

lg 3000 Mobiles Phones — Hands free Not working

Till now i.e. 15/4/2009 complaints is not being solved while company stategy is solve the problem as earliest.

So, it is very bad and required to be solve the problem immediately so that the consumer may not suffer by such type of problem.
