I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

LG Service center — Package changed with out customer permission or request.

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is 15 days now from the date of cheating by changing the package from 199 talk to 249 corp. Till today even after three mails no reply from your organisation.

It is showing how neglegent we are acting on customer complaints & How we are playing with customers.

Pls look in to this matter & Pls change the package to original Rs.199/- LG TALK. It has already been registered in legal cell, If you didn't take necessary action i dont have other option than approaching legally.

lg pc — complaint against engineer

Respected Sir,
I have bought lg pc on 26-July-07 model no- XD9 from Micro System World. Actualy few days ago I have complainted for frequently shutting down of pc. So your engineer came to our place to attend the complaint. I will appreciate that he attended my complaint on time but when he was changing the part of cpu he had broken the "FRONT PANNEL" of our pc and also he puts 4 stickers at four corners so we were nt able to look tht broken part. We was like he had done his job but aftr few days when I was puttng cd in cd drive certainly panel came outside. We had complainted earlier also bt they never had put any kind of stickers dere but this time only to hide his mistake he had put tht stickers on cpu. After that we have complainted in customer care center.Then the person who had visted at our palce had called us and he was not accepting his mistake.


So please see to this matter. I hope some action would be taken from your side as soon as possible. As I hope you will not disappoint us.

1.I can't access internet on mobile. Mobile asks to enter the pin number while settings have to receive for the service provider

2. From this mobile i can't see the images one after other at a time. To see the next image in the memory card, again we have to go back and select view to see the particular image

I am very sorry to say that, I purchased a GSM mobile on 22.7.08 model no KP 220 LG Black, IMEI[protected], S/N 805ACVK207662, Battery S.N (s) SBPL 0095003LLLDC08314. After a month manufacturing defects (Fecia Problem) are located then I contact L.G service centre and the staff there said that to me ; company will not accept these type of problem, so you can go and purchase that again, company will not responisible for this . I am sorry to say that i was very happy while purchasing that mobile but after one month I will never purchase any L.G mobile and I am not going to suggest anyone and apart from these the customer service centre's condition is very poor, they are very rude to the customer and not having appropriate idea of any product.
I am suffering lots of problem regarding this, I hope you can understand my problem and help me out without any hesitation.

LG / Convention — replacement of product

My complaint ID is N83A1507991 i have purchased a brand new convention 5 days ago.as i don't know how to use the convention. i was looking forward for a demo. The demo person came yesterday advised that nob is not working. there is defect. you may have to repair this. " I DO NOt agree to THIS I A purchased fresh brand new piece requires a repair " when i called the customer care. they gave list of numbers to be called all of them incorrect/ no answer. the dealer said it will take 15 days to replace the product. we could quickly give a service to this. When i called the service center the lady spoke to me in a very rude fashion. asking to send a copy of my bill and this will be done in 10 - 15 days. when i order for a new product you dont even take 15 secs / less to debit that amount from my account. why does it take 15 days to give a me a functional piece. I looking for brand new product with working condition. as i have paid full amount of money. & also i have not purchased any defect piece / lesser price. website says incorrect version of customer service and LG brand. I looking for brand new product with working condition.

LG Casette ACs — No Service against complaints

Dear Sir,

This mail is to inform you all that i have purchased 5 Casette ACs from M/s Mascot Engineers (Prop. Mr.Dheeraj Chaudhary) on Feb 9th, 2008.

After some time due to some defect we got three compressors failed.

We filed so many complaints for that to Mascot as well as to LGindia but still we have not got any possitive feedback from their side.

As well as we are in continuous touch with Mr. Santosh ([protected]) from LG. But still we are not geting any response.

Bills and Executive visit records are attached.

And you are requested to please urgently look into the matter and do the needful asap.

MY tv is not working due to the transistor C 6090 failed.if the transistor is not available in the market now what to do about tv. if such transistor are not available in the market why u r making LG tv. clearly u should make tv with transistor available in market . i m searching this transistor from 1 month. bad and poor service with low quality

LG Microwave 30 litres capacity — faulty PCB

I registered my complaint on 21/10/2008 and the complaint registration number is W8CA2106298. This PCB has been changed recently as it had become faulty during warranty period .Your Service Enginers had taken more than a month to attend the fault in the PCB.
Today, one Mr. Pradeep from LG Service centre at Wadala in Mumbai had visited my place to attend the fault and he told me that the PCB is faulty and the company should be asked to replace it. This microwave has not woked properly even for a month after the fault was attended. It is really disgusting.

Please get the PCB replaced.

LG Vacuum Cleaner Cp663st — Irresponsible behaviour of service centre executive and ghaziabad zone head (Manorama Tomar)

Sir,
This is regarding highly irresponsible behaviour shown by your service centre executives as well as the zonal head (Ghaziabad)- Ms. Manorama Tomar. Sir, we bought a LG Vacuum Clear on 27 Oct from Anjalika Info Sys &Tech(P) ltd., EDM. At that time we were assured that one of the service centre engineer will turn up within 24 hr. for the home demonstration of the product. But despite making 5-6 calls everyday no one has turned up. everyone is simply giving false assurance that the engineer is on the way . I also had a word with the supervisors-Mr. Ajay Tyagi and Mr. Yatinder/Jitender. After repeated requests then i was given the mobile numbers of Zonal Head (Manorama Tomar) who didn't respond to my calls. (more than 20 times made a call but she didn't pick).Sir, in the company's caption you say "one call does it all' which i believed is simply an illusion. It soothens our eyes but actually doesn't work. So my suggestion is that you either change it or mend your ways. The kind of ignorance shown on your part was not at all expected.what can we expect from the exectutives and engineers if the zonal head of such a big organization behaves irrresponsibly. Though i m sending this complaint but again expect the least that anything will be done.

Dear Sir/Madam

This is Deepak Kumar, there is a reason to write a mail to you, and sir as no one helping me I hope u will get me out of this problem. My problem is about my cell which has been stolen by someone while i was traveling from Noida(my training institute) to Shakarpur(My residence, East Delhi). My cell having a special feature known as MOBILE TRACKER, and this Extra feature helped me to Trace that number which one is used by the thief, so this may help our lazy police to catch that guy easily, but when I complained about my cell and about that number which one is used by the thief, they deny to take any instant action against him and simply said why u complaining so late, but this is not fair, coz one can initially I know this might be so difficult to trace that thief without any information and number, but now I have that no. which one he is using, so only u r my next hope, I really not want my cell back it is not so expensive, but to pardon a thief, may be a big foolish thing, today I robbed don’t know tomorrow this may be ur turn, Please sir take an action against this.
