I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

LG, 29" Colour Television — harassment

I am a practising advocate at Bangalore, Karnataka. I had purchased 29" inches LG colour television, Ultra Slim by paying a sum of Rs.15, 490/- from the reliance digital, at Cunningham road, Bangalore and took delivery of the said product from the godown and the officials of the said reliance digital told that very next day the employee of the LG company wold come and show the demo by opening the box. i waited till the 1st November 2008, there was not even a whisper from the LG employees. then i called upn the customer care and they took the complaint and gave the complaint No: as S8CB0104735 and told that within a day they would allot a person so as to give a demo. But even 4th of November no body came, then once again i called upon the customer care and i was told that one Hari Nair has been assigned this job and he also gave me the number of Hari Nair and told myself to call him and his number is [protected]. Having no other go, i called up Hari Nair, he asked my residence and he told that he cannot come to my place for the best reasons known to him and he told me contact one Mr. Sadique, who claims to be manager and gave his number as [protected] and he also told me only to contact him. Having no other go i called upon sadique and gave the complaint number. very surprisingly he told that they are visiting the rural places only once in a week and hence he told that he would come in an week end. i was surprised to hear this. What i have purchased a TV to keep idle right from 29th of October. Is'nt it the duty of the company to see to it that they would give demo the very next day and here are the employees who when called upon by the customers, themselves give instructions to call upon other employees, the said act is nothing is but a begging, the employees of the company to come and give a demo and the attitudes of the said employees shows that they are taking such matters very casually. it should been that customers buy the products for enjoying the products, but here is a case that the consumer has kept the product idle, begging the employees to come and give demo and they also told that for getting installed and for giving a demo every consumer should lodge a complaint to the company. i state taht i have suffered a lot of mental agony by calling upon the customer care of the company and for which if they did not respond as early as possible within a day or two i don't hesitate to approach a court of law seeking for compensation against the company.
sir, 1 month ago i purchased a lg handset kg195 from hotspot from delhi, laxminagar. sir this phone is suitable for GPRS but when i activate my GPRS connection then a massge came, that this phone is not provisionable for GPRS. sir my phone imei is [protected] and my phone no. is [protected].
sir pleses suggest me what should i have done

LG microwave 396 — nothing is heard

i have purchase a microwave with assured service for demo and after sales service vide bill no 2183 from monga electronics, laxmi nagar delhi-92. i have register to your customercare on 29.10.2008 vide comlaint no.n8ca2902634 for demo of the product. but very sorry to say all my efforts and comlaints are remain bush in the bane. nothing is heared from your side and not a single responsible person is available to solve the problem only regarding demo. sir i think if only demoproblem is not sorting by you if i will founf any deffect in the product, i have to throw the product to the dustbin because of your service persons

LG Intellocoock 26lr — Oven is not working properly

I have purchesed the above mentioned product on 08 oct 08. But I could not use the product from the very begining.I have also lodged a complain with your customer care on dated 18 oct 08, and my complain no is N8CA1800581.Your representative visited my house, checked the oven and told a motor is not working properly which need to be replaced & he will replace it by 21oct 08, but he never turned up.After telling repeated times to your customer care the answer is always " motor is not available".The main problem is I am not able to use the oven. Please do the needfull.

e next — Poor Customer Service

I had been to the next outlet which had opened very recently at Rajahmundry. In line with the Broad Company Mission and Vision, the Shop is a big one with lot of employees, but the customer care is worost. I could not understand whether the employees were present to facilitate the customers or to demotivate/dissappoint the customers so much that they will think 10 times before entering the shop for the second time.
In line with the broader Company motto, the shop had wide range of products. So I had visited the shop within 2-3 days of its inaguration and purchased a DVD player. During my first visit also i could obseve the slopiness in customer service, still decided to purchase the DVD player as i thouht that may be the employees will take some time at customer handling as its a new shop and there is a large crowd.
Second time i visited the shop for purchasing a mixer n grinder now the big crowd had subsided and the shop had relatively few customers. No. of customers being less than no. of employees. Still they were not ready to show the products. Finally purchasing a grinder which need not take more than half an hour took me one and half hour. This time too i was patient.
But the 3rd time when i visited the shop it was the worst. I had planned to purchase a refrigerator and a LCD TV this time. this means a business of above Rs.70000 to the shop at one go. There were almost no customers. Still the employees had no interest in shwing the brochures or the products. any product i enquired about, they say they dont have stock.
I asked if they could provide the product within 7 days if i select a product from the brochure. The answer was in affirnitive. When i asked for the brochure they say it too is not available. (such a big shop and no brochures for Customer durables!!!).
I was told the brochure will be sent to my home the next day and they will deliver the product in a weeks time. They took my adress and contact No. too.
After an entire day's wait when i called them the next day, they say still they dont have brochures and they don't have any product.
I asked them whether they are interested in selling any product. The response was too cold. They just brush aside with cold shoulder. They don't wish to talk to the customer politely, leave aside delivering services.
There are many stores and many shops now a days from where a customer will definitely get his products. But for a shop loss of one customer tunes to loss of 100 of them.
I promised to myself never to step into this outlet again. Will also advise my known persons not to visit this shop to relieve them from the horrible customer service.

LG — poor service during customer care

LG - 422 Litre Refrigerator — Never Purchase LG product

I had purchased the 422 Litre LG refrigerator on 25th Oct and I had informed at delivery itself that there are scratches on door handle. I was informed that lodge a complaint at LG service center and it will be replaced. It is 30 days but still no action has been taken. I am fed up of calling croma and LG customer care. It is a classic example of how two big brands like TATA and LG have come together to cheat customers. Even after buysing high end product from TATAs I think customer service of a roadside electronic store is better than TATAs. I will wait till monday and I will be filing a complaint in consumer court.
The battary backup of KG195 is poor.it shows full for a day after redusing 1 point. it get fastly reduce all charge

My Home theater DVD music system is not working and I logged a complaint on 15/11/2008 to LG customer service Center Surat (Sai Service) and the service engineer had visited my house to rectify the issue, after his visit he told me some part is not working and we have to replace it .Accordingly I drop the system on the same day (15/11/2008), Job no. W8CB1500522 HFT8CB1500006, after that I am not able to get a proper feed back / responds from the service center. For the last 2 weeks they keep telling that the part is in transit. So please go through the job no and advice / mail me when can I get my system back. If you are not able to rectify the issue please return it.
