I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

Sub. : Replace the Split AC immediately (Very Irresponsible Customer Service ugent attention needed)


One of your product Split A.C purchased and installed the same less than three months ago. (LAS3TWAS1) from your dealer M/s. Arcee Electronic, Sector-17, Vashi Phone No,[protected]/0357. We find that the A.C. they have installed our place is different model (LSA 12) . Not only that the machine works but it sounds (noise) like a Diesel Generator and LSA3 no jet cool provision but htis machine is Jet Cool another thing there is joint in between the Air conditioner and the switch. I doubut that the machine is absolutely faulty one.

Regarding this, I have submitted my compliance details to you four to five times but I have not getting any proper response from your side. I had a telephonic talk with Mr. Vaibhav Kumar-Area Manager on 15/04/2009 he said there was no stock, so we will replace the unit on Monday. But one Mr. prashant has called me on my mobile and said we will repay Rest Rs.18500 (Rs. Eighteen thousand five hundred only) and why this Rs. 18500/- Now I understood very much this people are cheating us.

Therefore I want to confirm whether they are from LG Electronic or not . And why did they play like this . The reputed company should answer it. Such type of employees is poiling the reputation of company.


Please replace the machine immediately .

Center but they provided no help. Again I have lodged fresh complain with

10:30AM Exicutive name Ms. Neha with Whirlpool Service Center, New Delhi and
waiting for reliable support. I called up the call centre and had a word
with Mr. Shiv Kumar and he assured us with assistance today itself.


I am really fed up now and I will appreciate if something could be done on
this . A prompt service will be apprciated otherwise I will have to explore
other grievence redressal methods.

it was my misfortune to buy an lg kg 300 with out proper thinking, i bought it on 06/2007 and it changed its circuit board twice...leaving me loss of most valuable photos and datas to me. the complaint was same on both time, (with in a short span of 4 months ) ie booting.the service engineer at lg care kottayam, kerala said no option cther than its board change is left to save my mobile, result was loss of 3200 rupees and most memorable moments of my life to me, i wonder why lg produce these craps

LG Two Door Fridge — ice motor/ice flapper

This complain has been there since more than a month. The technician came and used fixquick from me but still it did not work. The complaint has been put again many times but Shetty at Andheri west service center has not responded properly. Ankur Doshi is never available, his mobile message says the cell is disconnected. The technician Abrahim has also stopped responding. Only call center is there to take a daily complain and do nothing about it.

Very irresposible people, today I tried to get Shetty on the line but he refused to give any status and thereafter stopped lifting the phone calls from me.

I need a solution to this, or need to return the fridge to LG(Croma) and get a replacement or go to Consumer Court!!!

LG KP 199 — Manufacturing defect & service

I have purchased a LG Mobile (Model no. - KP199) from THE MOBILE STORE Located in Padi Chennai-50 on 26th March 2009 and within 10 hours I found manufacturing defect in display panel..immediately i went to the same mobile store and i have asked them to rectify the problem they simply ignored and redirect us to LG authorised service show room SABISU located in golden enclave situated in ponamalle high road chennai.there we've got a poor response by your personnel they are not even courtesy to handle the customer and they are not ready to accept the problem as manufacturing defect simply they were asking money to change the panel.
then we came back to the mobile store to exchange the piece but the person suggested it's possible to replace the piece within 48 hours if any manufacturing defects found..immediately we called up the area manager to provide a new piece. but they are interested to sell but not ready to hear customer complaints and feed-back.

LG - TV — Very Very Poor-worst Service of LG

I have registered for TV not working complain on 27th April and till date the issue is not resolved and I have made approximately 15-20 calls to call centre but they say only one recorded message " we have escalated" to whom no idea, This is new model of LG TV with Model No: 29" FU3AGTG, I am not understanding if there is no spare part for new TV and its been 5 days still no idea when will they get the spare part its really disappointing service and very bad reputation for any LG customer, Worst part is no deadline is there when the call will get resolved which is not acceptable and another shocker was today I called in morning and was told by 1:00PM the service person will come and fix the TV but now same customer care person says is MAY 1st its holiday I don’t understand what to say just the customer care person said we understand ur position, this is non sense from past five days i called 15 times when you are not able to give me a deadline when the issue will be resolved what the point in say in we understand your position to the customer

LG Microwave Model no MC 76700 Serial no M2040171000744 — DELAY IN PROVIDING SPARE PARTS

I hav a contract with LG Contract no 42900827 valid upto Aug'09. My Microwave is giving trouble and I made a complain on the 29th of April'09 I have been following up ever since i.e. on the 5th of May, 6th and 7th. I was told that the part is not available and I have toady been told that the same will be available only on the 9th of May'09.
This is not the first time when there has been a considerable delay in repairing by LG due to delays in obtaining the spares by LG for repairs .
This has caused me unnecessary inconvenience on a number of occassions and I am fed up with LG after sales service.
Pls ensure that my Microwave is repaired immediately
My question is that if the situation arises in future where LG is unable to provide spare for repairs within the validity of contract period will LG TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO REPLACE THE PART UNDER THE SAME CONTRACT??

Below is the copy of the request that I had made. I am a journalist and you must be aware that in this election year we are so busy. I chose your product thinbking you would be providing me good service whenever I need. But I now think I was wrong. My request is yet to be attended sincerely amd properly.
Yes some girl called me up the same day I registered my request. She suggested me to meet one Pritam in Web world at Boring Canal Road. I sent my man with blank CD on his 'order' on mobile. But he did not oblige me saying the required sofware is not available with him. When I contacted him again, he first harshly asked from where I got his mobile number?
Then he 'ordered' me to go to the LG service centre near Lalita Hotel. Following Day I myself went to the Centre only to get dissapointed.

Should I return ur product or wait for sometime? If a senior journalist like me is being treated so badly I can immagine the fate of common people.

LG Refrigirator/180 ltrs — Worst service by Service Centre and Customer care

Hi, I T Gowtham launched a complaint about non working of my refridgerator on 04.05.2009 complaint no: S9C50801717 thru customer care. Service exceutive has come to our home on 06.05.2009 and checked for 2 min and informed us to refill the Gas. We have been chasing Customer care and Service Centre people to resolve this problem Again we have given a second complaint on 09.05.2009 complaiant number :S9C50907486 for which we have not received any response from the customer care. later 10.05.2009 one person came for Gas refilling and informed us that due to the hole in the freezer box, he can not refill the gas and also there is no stock available to replace the box.

1) Why this problem has not been identified by the service engineer ( Mr.kamalakar)on 06.05.2009
2) When we have contacted Service centre incharge Srilatha, She is not properly responded to us, and more over they are saying that this minor errors will happen.
3) When we have contacted Venkat reddy ( [protected]), he is also saying the same story.

If every one is not responding properly to the customer, to whom we should approach for any problems?
Is this the service provided the customers by the LG team.

if the same attitude continues by your team mempbers, this will effect your customer satisfaction, which in turn effects your sales.

Today i am seriously thinking why i have purchased LG products.

Appreciate if any one responds to this problem and also this should not repeat with any other customer of LG.

With due respect I make you aware that I bought an LG PC on 07.6.2008 from Sahu Agencies Lucknow. The following items were included in the PC as under-

At the time of purchase I was ensured for a prize of Rs.500/- cash in December 2008. I kept waiting for the prize believing that the Sahu Agencies having my address and mobile number will intimate me about the same. But I did not receive the same. Recently I again met the Agency for purchase of an AC and I enquired about the said prize. The told me that they in fact had received the cheque of Rs.500/- but nobody came to collect the cheque so they sent that back to the company.
In view of the above developments I hereby request you to take necessary action so that I can receive the amount. I being a permanent customer of your company hope for favourable action.
