Anyone taking legal action against Lodha Hyderabad, please let me know. As shared above they are very rigid and simphoning customers with hidden charges and taxes which are not transparent. Also, the possession dates are delayed by more than an year costing the consumer more than 25lakhs in interests.

Good Morning this is Vijay Tholar here sorry sir but need your help and guidance very desperately. As I have booked a Flat Casa Rio Electra- C -2bhk with Lodha builders somewhere in July 10th 2012. but seriously I feel that I "m completely cheated first of all during booking all false promises are made saying that you will get the possession by dec 2012 please make the entire payment of 42lakhs eight three thousand three hundred and fifty in 2 different installments latest payment for the amount is Aug 2012, since I work on ships like seaman with an average salary, I just made 50% payment of the amount that is around 22lakhs. for somehow I could'nt make a banking loan because I had no time and had to leave since an interest of 18% was charged for a period of 6 months plus court notices for cancellation of flat was sent to me. after I came down in 6 months with tremendous stress and pressure from Lodha builders since I have my mother only at home and it is me to was doing the entire ups and downs with lodha. I finally, manage to get a banking loan but it just delayed for another 1month since lodha builders had clause in the agreement saying that property had legal suite and the bank need clearance letter that lodha builders have clear title, they manage to provide the letter which took them like 15 days and previously to provide ROC / NOC blue print all these other relevant documents another 15 days now they are charging me an interest of that month as well considering that it was a mistake from their end bank had already given sanctioned letter but was only waiting for the disbursement since these documents took a lot of time and even the interest rates calculated are included with service tax ? what the hell is this all services tax / vat taxes... All consumers registered with Electra -C or any other project please help because this is stupidity, I really cannot understand because if I go for cancellation I loose some money at 10% please guys please help I feel that I "m really been pressured a lot and since it has been my first project but really a mental torture now they are telling me to pay that interest of 4, 05, 000 for 8 months delayed since the disturbsement is happened from the bank they need a PDC (POST DATED CHEQUE ) for this interest charged, baldie rogues customer relation ship manager keeps changing and some of them who comes new in the field does not have an idea what they are doing . please my email address is [protected]@hotmail.com my cell no is 91-[protected]

The Relationship managers are very arrogant. If we speak to them in a harsh tone only then they will speak with you softly else they take you for a ride. Please be very strict with all of them.

The interest rate charged are too high and the delay was created by the RM tthemselves. e.g. My registration date was 8th Nov and my last date for payment was 9th Nov. (one day for the loan processing!!)
They usually have one way communication i.e. sending mails and that too only asking for money.

I have booked in CASABELLA, MAJESTICA E in 2009 but still date possession has not been given, now as per revised schedule they have promised to start the possession in July 13 end, that will delayed by more then 2 year.My mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com, mobile number [protected].

I booked the flat in lodha lakeshore greens and from Day 1 i am having issues .. the sales guy Sachin Baluja did all the sweet talking and then he resigned did not pass all the information and they started charging interest. i have paid all amount on time stall they charge interest.
Infact I paid the next slab amount 1 week in advance and again interest charge.. i keep calling that freaking number and can never get hold of the RM .. i keep sending emails but not a single reply.. what should i do ? I gave up and all the my money is stuck now

I had booked a flat at Eternis and had given them 17. 8 lacs plus service tax and 10.98 lacs for two parking. After getting the money, 9 months hence they send a letter stating that I can continue with my booking or get the refund or exchange for some other flat. They stated that they are trying to resolve the issue (which they had not indicated prior to booking) in 6 months or so. I kept waiting for 2 years in the hope that they will be able to resolve the issue. But ultimately I had to ask for my refund, they paid the booking amt and interest at 12% at simple interest and compounded. They gave back the car parking charges (they had taken in one of their front company's favour) as compensation. I lost three years with them and by that lost an opportunity to look at an alternative property. These guys should be put to heavy penalty and locked up. Now that his party is at the centre the promoter must have become more powerful. Is india a banana republic with such dishonest builders like Lodha doing business without fearing about the law or interest of the public. Is anyone listening?

I am also victim of Lodha. I booked one flat in lodha group under the scheme of 90 and 10. After that I got approval of the bank loan. But lodha was not able to do the registration on time. After several month they did my registration but till that time my bank approved loan get expired. Then I approached bank second time. This time they took around 20 days for disbursement. Now lodha saying that since we are delayed by more than 15 days so you have to pay retrospective interest of the amount for past 3 month which is very high amount. This is all fault of Lodha and there is not a single day delay from my side but they are demanding the interest amount from me. Please tell me is this a justice. They simply are cheaters. I will file a case against them if they will not proper action.
I am afraid if they will not consider my case and will not waive off the interest then by next week I will file case.

As per our discussion, this late charges/interest are not discussed and not informed to me. As per communication channel and process, i was not properly intimated and informed about the late charges and I cannot bare now to pay un-noticed interest charges.And the first communication regarding the registration time and place was proposed/scheduled on[protected], but due to wrong challan, lodha registar cancelled the appointment and requested to prepare the new registration challan with suggested entries. I immediately reported the same to you to consider and you agreed to the same at that time. And a 2 week later, you proposed new date for the registration that’s on 5th March, which I made myself ready with the correct challan and made registration on 5th March and reported immediately on the same day, and after receiving agreement from registration office on 14th - saturday, I immediately submitted in the bank on the next working day on Monday-16th March. I do seriously feel that the registration date was totally delayed and due to no availability of dates from your side, the registration got delayed and I have not provided with good number days after receiving agreement copy from the registration office. am Dr Dhananjay .I have booked one flat in LODHA GROUP'S upcoming project PALAVA CITY on 14th March 2015 .Till date, sales manager & all Lodha builders team, treated us very well.I was very impressed with their hospitality .At the time of booking also, they gave us very dreamy picture about this project .As a booking amount, we paid Rs 27, 000 by credit card.Before payment, I clearly asked to concern sales Manager( Ms Sheetal Sabale)about the cancellation charges .She clearly told me that we'll return 90% of your booking amount( 10% they will keep) for which we were agree.
Because of some personal reason, within 2 days, we had to cancel this proposal and we requested for refund of our booking amount .But sales manager denied for this & told us that there will be no refund if you cancel the booking .
This is not fair practice.This is cheating form upfront .
being medico profession, daily I come across hundreds of patients.Now I am requesting all people not to invest in this group & please away form LODHA group .
Thankfully, because of my counselling four doctors have already cancelled their plans to visit this PALAVA city.
I have already written to All India medical association on this & warned all doctors not to go with this group .I'll expose this fraud behaviors of LODHA group on every platform to which I am linked.
