I agree with you, looking goos esp.for reception is very important for the women and it will be such a mental stress for the lady, u should lodge a complaint with their headquarters in India and notify everybody u know that they will face the same situation on their big day too!

yes, they feel they are brand, customer has to come, dont have any other option so they do what ever they feel.I myself also faced so many time, their service and not doing service in the way customer wants, but they impose their own foolish ideas
I have a strong feeling that they donot use even right product also. Because for my hair color they promised me it will last for six months but it vanished within two weeks only. I doubt whether they have really used loreal products and charges were too high which i have paid

The attitude of the staff and reception is terrible. They act as if they are doing a favor to us. The costs are also not standardized and there was no menu card to choose from. Will not go there again.
They are ofcourse very rude. We got smoothening done from them and the results were not as expected. They now refuse to help, may be they are use to of all this.
Try asking the shop for a rate card and see the fun. We asked for one and they did not show it to us!
