I am using the loreal products since 5 years...
But yet i am dissapointed to usse xtenso care mask..
This product is not orignal.. As not working as the loreal products usually workss...
And condtioner is non greasyy...
As i usee these product earlier also...
Bt this might is not orignal..
So kindly lemme. Kniw the reaaon whyy its happens..

    I have been a user of your brow art products for 13 years. However on noticing the new longer lasting detailed above product for sale, i purchased the product in the same shade for a holiday i was going on. The product promises a natural result with long lasting effect.

    I can assure you it was long lasting - within 24 hours i had taken an extreme allergic reaction to the product. My eyes became puffy, red, inflamed and extremely swollen. I could not open my eyes and was in extreme pain for the following 48 hours using anti histamines and creams to reduce the pain and swelling. Even after the swelling and pain subsided, my eyes became crusty and the skin peeled away above my eyes. I have photos which will indicate the extent of the reaction and can send these after receipt of my complaint.

    I am extremely annoyed. There is absolutely no warning on the product and no mention of a patch test prior to use. I had no reason to believe that this product contained anything different to the product i have always used.

    I have the product which i can also return for testing but in the event that i do not receive compensation and a full refund for the product, i will be seeking legal action.

    My eyebrows have taken over 14 days to heal and during this time, i have been very distressed at how i have looked. This ruined my holiday. I would like an immediate response.
    I bought a bottle of Loreal Elvive 8 second wonder water and used it exactly as directed. I used the whole bottle over the last 2 weeks. It did absolutely nothing to help my hair be either silkier, shinier or easier to manage. VERY disappointed in this product and it was expensive. It makes me hesitant to try your new products!!!

      I purchased the above from boots pharmacy with the revita lift day cream. The day cream is good but the night cream is strange, i wake up in the morning with the cream in bits all over my face. It hasn't disappeared into my skin but coagulated on the top of my skin, obviously there is no benefit and it feels really strange, odd and distasteful. I would ideally like my money back.

        Dear Sir/Madam
        Spurious manufacturers and counterfeit sellers are making hay using loopholes in the Information Technology Act and online retailers are shrugging off responsibility by claiming to be intermediaries.

        I bought X-TENSO care shampoo pack of
        2psc combo 250ml Shampoo +
        Conditioner on 17 th may 2019. Order id [protected].

        To my utter shock on using the shampoo my hair got totally entangled and there was a wierd smell and no froth.
        I have been using this product but never experienced this kind of an issue.

        When I attempted to complain about the counterfeit product to the customer care numbers I was categorically told that as the goods delivered to me had surpassed their one week return policy the Snapdeal company cannot refund or return the Shampoo.
        The Snapdeal customer care had no option of recording my complaint of fake product.
        This is an Unfair Trade Practices In which the Vendor attempted to seek refuge in the companies disclaimer.

        You are requested to get the product lab tested and I am positive it will be totally Spurious.
        One does not expect this poor quality bogus products from Snapdeal.

          I have a question regarding the mixing ratio in loreal casting for touch up. This info i didnt find it in packet. I also have a concern that this colour seems to be lastinf dor only 1 week. I noticed loreal casting available outside india quality is quite good than what is available in india. Please do a quality check for the hair colour and why there is a difference in qulaity.
          I purchased liner +Kajal combo stick whereas I purchased it on 27 aug and it worked well cover was also not removed and in almost a period of 40 days the liner is not properly working as if the ink has been dried

            Hi.
            I bought this product and i’m extremely disappointed with it. It smudges on my top eye lid and terrible black eyes and smudges underneath too.in all my years o[censored]sing mascara i have never had this much smudges?! It seems ridiculous in this day and age where there are so many different technologies and types of mascara that you can’t wven produce a mascara that doesn’t smudge?
            I obviously can’t return the product as it’s opened and a hygiene thing.

            However i would like my money back and some sort of compensation as in my opinion it’s the product not delivering what it states?! And therefore faulty and any other product bought and faulty is able to be returned for a full refund.

              I m using loreal smoothening cream ex 1 n r1 from long tym in my salon. That was good. But this time i tried loreal xtenso oil trio cream n this is worst product. I received so many complaints from clients. Extreme hair fall, hair brokeage, damage n extreme hairs entanglement. N it's true they all had many problems. Loreal's result make me very disappointing. N down my reputation in my clients. Plz revert me back as soon as possible.

                As i called up to consumer care and miss kavita talk to me and she told me that i will get call back from proffesionals in 24hrs but still thier hours are not completed.
                I called up to know that the product of loreal i purchase is original or duplicate. I purchase loreal proffestional shampoo and mast of rs 1415 /- but on shampoo bottle i found double sticker of companu name and shampoo name. So i feel doubted. Because in past i face problem of duplicat purchasing. So please let me know when your executives 24 hours will be completing???. And give my solution so that i can get to the point that i shall use this product or not.

                  I purchased your hair dye on friday 10th november at a savers store in bloxwich. I put it on in the evening and it has sent my hair morning like a light brown. I am absolutely fuming as it has took me soo much money, time and effort for the past 1 year to get it blonde to now have it completely ruined by your hair dye. I tried putting another blonde on my hair and it has now gone ginger at the routes and a weired grey looking colour for the rest of my hair. I have had to put a semi permenant colour on just so i dont feel embarrassed to walk out my door and go to work. It is now going to cost me soo much more money to get it back to blonde.

                  I never complain but on this occassion i want to bring this your attention as i am an assistant manager in a pub and a licncee and image is a big thing at work as you can imagine and your hair dye has absolutly ruined it for me.

                  The picture attached is under a light so looks lighter than it was but it was very dark

                    About 3 months ago i bought for first time this new product and i was very happy - it suited perfectly my skin (I will be 65 in november)! After i finished the jar i purchase second one (This time with radiance re-activating serum). What a disaster!!! The colour wasn't rosy at all, but orange, my face looked like a carrot and the texture was more like foundation, not like a cream! I an not l'oreal customer any more and i would like to have full refund!!! Very unhappy!!! The number at the back is 28r501

                      Product is awful can’t get anything out of it. I am very dissatisfied. I always buy L’Oréal products due to good quality but not happy with this product a complete waste of money. My friend also bought one as she is also a fan of L’Oréal products her pen is also empty this has made us very disappointed with the product a feel that we have wasted our money. Please look into this complaint and advise as I am sure we are not the only dissatisfied customers with this product.

                        The shampoo was not of good texture and didn't serve the purpose too. The quality was too degraded and didn't worked into lather. I guess may be the defective piece would have been sold out. Kindly consider my disappointment towards the product. I have been also using these hair care products consistently fir several years.                         The hair protection shampoo of loreal professional was not up to the mark. Neither it worked to lather nor had usual texture. The shampoo was defective. The product worth was 575 rs. I kindly request you to pls look into the matter immediately and also get back to me. My mobile number is [protected].                           I used loreal extenso shampoo from delight store lucknow n m facing severe allergic reaction scalp is burning eyes r swollen heat from ears n breathing n choking i m unable to find no for loreal complaint coz i doubt if the shampoo was fake i want to talk to loreal company and have that bottle check ed. Such a big brand can't play with our life the issue is not small i don't know if i will b saved else loreal will have to face big issue if i deteriorate contact me asap

                            I have been dying my hair for the past 20 years and recently used Preference 8, 23 as I wanted more golden highlights. My hair has turned purple - I rang the helpline who said this happened a lot as it was a strong dye and told me to use a clarifying shampoo. She was not particularly apologetic and said she would send me a voucher as I would then need to re-dye my hair. It has been about 3 months since I last dyed my hair.

                            I am pretty angry, traumatised and feel that L'Oreal should put a warning on the box as this appears to be a fairly common occurence.

                              When i opened the package i found half of the hair color developer is already spilled in the package. This caused waste of product & due to less quantity of developer i couldn't use the hair color properly on my hair.                                   Hie. I use many loreal products and I love them all. So I ordered 2 lip matte paints from Mnykaa online. Product is original. I have complaint about product. It's not at all.good and worth buying. Texture is worst than lip balm. There is no.stay in lipstick. Nothing matte. Nothing paint. It's like a lip balm. Why would I buy lip balm in name of matte paint lipstick.

                                    I have bought l'oreal paris superliner black lacquer on 14-apr-2018 from lajpat nagar and was been told that it will last for 2 years but it got all dried within 1 month.
                                    I am really frustrated and loreal has really degraded the brand name.
                                    Loreal should maintain its name to sustain in market as at such a high price people really want quality rather than frustration a and lodging complaints

                                      I have orderd a majirel colours. I made a large order so i can get a 50% discount, as it was for years.

                                      My account manager said in order to get a 50% discount you have to order a new shampoo product which it will cost 170, then he put the price down in 134.
                                      I asked him how much it will be all together, he said without the new shampoo it's 573.69, with the shampoo its 566.81.

                                      When i received the order there were 6 colors and the shampoo missing.
                                      On the invoice it is 669.78 on my bank statement it is 689.33.

                                      I contacted them several times but no one got back to me.

                                      Please advice

                                        Hi, recently i have purchased x tenso care anti breakage anti dryness shampoo. I would like you to know this was the worst purchase i have ever made. It increased my hairfall upto a great extent. I invested in this product on the basis of brand name but this was very disappointing to see the results after 3 or 4 wash. I want compensation for this as well as refund asap.
