I am using loreal hair color for more than 4 years. This time I brought same product and it left many stains on my skin after application. When I again checked manufacturing and expiry date I found it do not match with color and developer's date . It is unbelievable from such a reputed international brand. It is also written on packet that this product is not for ind. sale. What does it means? If it is not for sale how this product came to market ? Some big game of black marketing is being played to malign the brand

I went for hair color at Loreal salon at Parel ... So when I had called them n explained abt how I want color to he done .. so they told me I ll be charged 5300/- over all including taxes n gst n all .. after I booked my appointment n went to salon over there Ms. UMA quoted me 7500/- after telling her tht I spoke to lady over the call n she quoted me 5300/- still after so much negotiating she charged me 7000/- in which I had asked for global with balayage n she offered me free hair cut ... So, finally my hair color did not come out so well n it's definitely not global with balayage neither they did hair could for me. So my over all experienced was very very bad at Loreal.. rather I would have preferred other salon were they quoted me 5500/- inclusive of everything.
The staff was not tht friendly Ms. UMA espcially was not ready to accept n listen to me. Ms. Soni was not of much help. I preferred loreal because of their brand name n service but I was not at all happy. I did not get wat was promised n it wasted my money n way to expensive.

I have been using L'oreal products for many many years. This is the first product that has been a terrible disappointment. I have purchased this product in both medium and light tint and both times it made my skin look orange. I would like to return these products to you for a refund. I live in Canada. I have purchased loreal xtenso shampoo and hair mask. 2 PC's each.
With a motive of long lasting care for my keratine hair but all 4 product came fake.

And it ruined my hair.

I have now purchased the 4th concealer in a short space of time ! I absolutely love this product, but due to the current restrictions on testing products was unable to get the product shade correct ! But as the product was excellent decided 4th time lucky. Unfortunately the latest one I purchased was almost empty when I brought it ! The other 3 were fine with ample concealer in them but this latest one was straight away was like I had come to the end of the bottle. I cannot praise the product enough but am very disappointed after purchasing 4 at cost that this happened.
I do hope someone can resolve this for me.

For child of age 10, they charge you the rate of men's hair cut which is Rs 500. The person who gave the hair cut asked to charge for kid's haircut but the manager lady Garima was quick to charge for men's haircut. I asked for a price list because I have been here several times before and did not pay this amount. They did not have any printed pricelist or anywhere else online. They are charging 100 rupees extra for every service in name of Covid times but no safety measures in place.
This place is not Covid safe, no temperature checks, a sanitizer bottle only which is easily missed.
Also my son had several cuts on his neck.

I use to color my hair with Loreal darkest brown (number-3). On 29th Nov 2020, I mix the color paste with the given solution. At the time of mixing, the color was not like always. After some time my hands started burning and I use the same on my head at same time. White marks observed in my fingers. I have attached the same for reference.
Expiry of the product is in 2023 .

I destroyed the solution immediately. I have no allergy with this product. But the first time I observe this. Please look into this.

, Sir, I have visited L'Oreal spa at Bidar, karnataka 15 days back, 6 th or 7 th of Nov. Staff their advised me to have hair color which will last for 4 to 6 months for a charge of rs. 3000/- . I had. But first instance itself coloring was not proper. I complained. Next day they applied color once again . But at least 15 days color not remained and again I have to go for coloring. For color lasting for 15 days I can go for other cheaper products, why the great L'Oreal?. Either the staff misleading customers telling that color lasts for 6 months or using cheap products of other companies. Kindly look in to the matter. I can approach media or consumer forum for redressal if I did not get any thing from you. Thanks

I have enjoyed your products for years so when I heard about the Brow Stylist Definer I went to our local drug store and purchased one. The pencil will not place any color on my brows when I try to apply it and if I press harder, it simply breaks off in little pieces. I have tried it repeatedly on various days and it simply does not work. Please refund my purchase and correct the problems with this product or remove it from the market as your customers do not deserve to be taken advantage of.

I bought a shampoo bottle of loreal paris for my own but i saw another bottle of same product there was difference in price i shocked and i want to raise the compalint

HI, I have received the worst customer service in South Africa. I bought two face washes and the print came off the packaging and i would have red glitter on my face after use. I contacted Loreal Paris SA and have been dealing with Theresa Gwangwa who has been nothing less than pathetic. I have been told for months that she would deliver my replacements and yes, I understand due to lockdown this was hard. But this has been going on since April. She said that on 1 September the warehouse would open and she would send me my replacement. She has not done so, and now does not even reply to my emails.

This is such a terrible reflection on your brand and I sincerely hope that you will respond to my complaint.

I had to ask the barber to get his hand sanitised before touching me after tht he started sanitising instruments whereas another friend of mine didn't bother to ask so they didn't sanitise the. Instruments before using them on him

I bought such foundation from central mall vadodara.. But the spray cap of such product not worked.. And now i m unable to use such foundation this product is useless now.. What can do now

I have bought the above mentioned product for rs:400 (Pack of 2) from your website, after using the product i came to know that the product have not uphold my expectations, the colour after applying was not good to be satisfied.

I went to your salon at City centre mall in Guwahati yesterday and after talking with the manager in detail about the hair spa for damaged hair item code 9997 rate is 1169.55 I agreed to go for it and they are saying they are giving discount of 31% till 14th of February 2020 but they charged RS thirteen hundred eighty from me saying that they have used one chemical for my hair which is no where mentioned in my bill. Mr Shahnawaz the employee there attended me and he along with the manager made fool of the customers like this. My bill GST number is 18AAACL7941A1ZQ date[protected] time 5:02:33PM Receipt no : 252. Look into this matter with utmost importance so that other customers are not fooled like me.

I have been using loreal hair color (4.25) for few years now, but recently i have been experiencing quality degeneration in the product. Even after applying the product and washing it, the color doesn't come the way as it use to. Earlier the touch up was required after 4 to 5 washes, but now after 1st wash the color goes. Moreover i am facing a lot of hair fall after use which didn't happen earlier. Kindly look into...

Actually i have purchase 3 month ago l'oreal inoa developer & cream cost more than 1400 from my local store grah sangrah at dehradun but my 4 attempt (Including 1 by my saloon) color doesn't work at all. There after same product return to store but store not refund any amount or replace product.
Behavior of store owner is very casual and non responsive.
