I bought 3 máscaras yesterday

1, voluminous butterfly sculpt 876
2. Voluminous butterfly 869
3. Voluminous x fiber 215

All 3 were dry and pasty.
I want to wal-mart to retiren them and they wouldnt accept them.

It is unfortunate but i sincerely think they should be reimburse or exchange the products.

I am a loyal customer loreal is the best brand in the market

A salon at vaishali, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh named rsm salon at shopprix mall, vaishali has a fake loreal franchisee and is using bad and expired products. My sister took a head massage at thia salon and her hair has been damaged.. When i contacted the salon. They refused to accept their fault. I m very disappointed with loreal for letting such cheap salons use it's brand name and fool customers like us. Salon's contact number is.. [protected]

We have asked for the replacement of expired color tubes for last three months, but it has not been replaced yet n on top they r arguging n telling us that they will not give any slabs or offer which we are entitled for...

I bought this cream from shopper stop and have used it for 40 days coz the tub is now complete. Therefore i am assuming that i have completed the course but i have not seen any results.. Not even minute on my face.. The itching after applying this cream.. Initially i thought its a new cream and may be its working on my face that is why the itching.. Even after so many days the itching has not gone and every morning i have puffy eyes from last 40 days as i am regularly applying.. Finally when i spoke to a frend, she asked me not to use the cream as she faced similar problem..

I am not a very rich persson and bought this 1500 rs cream so that my face can look better but there is no difference as such even though the guy at shopper stop loreal counter claimed that i shall see visible difference in a week..

My wife ordered the above product from snap deal on 28.02.2018 which was delivered to her on 04.03.2018. Snap deal was selling the product with 64% off. The details of the seller mentioned on the bill is (Crystal ent. A -403, r. J. D. Business hub, wing a, naginawadi, kansa nagar, rd katargam, surat, gujarat. I would like to bring it to your kind notice that the they are selling counterfeit product which is not genuine as compared to the earlier product i purchased from loreal counter at mgf mall, gurgaon. This is to notify you that i am using loreal hair color from last 6 months but now i m facing issue regarding skin problems, scalp acne, water reduction from scalp and swelling on face.

I have taken concern from skin doctor they says stop using loreal color because it is affecting my scalp, skin and face reactions.

Also i have discussed with my friends, one of there family members are facing same problem.

I was a loyal customer for loreal colors but now i m loosing my trust with this brand. I request you to please get a quality check again for loreal colors so that u will not loose your customers.

I have been using loreal hair color (4.25) for few years now, but recently i have been experiencing quality degeneration in the product. Even after applying the product and washing it, the color doesn't come the way as it use to. Earlier the touch up was required after 3-4 washes, but now after 1st wash the color goes. Moreover i am facing a lot of hair fall after use which didn't happen earlier. Kindly look into the concern on priority as its not the case with me only, i have been discussing the issue with my friends and they are also experiencing the same problem.

The hair spa purchased was of inferior quality. It was adulterated and mixed with water. The shop selling l'oreal products is the wadala beauty center. I am not satisfied with my purchase. This brand is a well-known brand and i am very disappointed. I am expecting a refund or another product in exchange. I have been using products of this brand for over a decade. Awaiting a positive response.

I use 2 packs of hair dye blonde stockholm, i'm a natural blonde, and my hair became a kind of red instead of blonde. I wrote emails to l'oréal customer care, i have their registration no[protected], was an employee named sadaf, who it seems that didn't transferred my emails as to his superiors as i asked him and his responses were incomplete, most of his responses wasn't related with my query, or he avoid to respond me at subject. I bought it in 2018 and you manufacture it in 2016. You are making us fool and i will also complain it to consumer court. You are selling it without mrp and without expiry date in india. You cheat us.

The quality of the hair serum bottle is pathetic. It's the second time the bottle got broken by falling from shelf, i've never had such experience before with any other brand but the plastic material you use to store serum is so poor. All my money got wasted because the bottles broke.
I'm not going to spend my money over my product unless the material quality for container is improved.

I had a hair smoothening procedure done on sept 24th at loreal professional inn salon at hyderabad, india.

Within 10days, my hair has turned into a broom with completely dried and fizzy strands. The hairdresser tried to placate me saying that spa in 10 days is all i need. This is not the first time i had the process and i didn't have to have a spa for an year last time.

I have weddings to attend and i'm upset with the hair treatment. I also kept telling the girl (Shabana) that she was using too much of heat. She was more interested in watching tv while handling my hair.

Am absolutely frustrated and i spent enough on the process already. I'm not interested in getting a spa done every week.

I'm not at a loss as to how to regain my natural hair texture.

I ordered a l'oréal extenzo shampoo from a ecommerce site (Amazon). The product packaging appeared similar to original product with barcode and every detail. But was a counterfeit. The offer was from deals amazing and was fulfilled by amazon. I have got a refund from amazon. But it's concerning that the product is still available in amazon and there is no way to complaint against this

I had purchased 2 months back super liner from Karol Bagh .But my liner is dry within 2 month and even i had used only 15 times .Its very worst experience from L'Oreal Paris .Please look into this issue and provide me solution .I never expect this kind of quality from L'Oreal paris .L'Oreal Paris Super Liner 24 Hour Waterproof Gel Eyeliner is worst 1st time .

I was visited 5th time of the saloon for facial and hair cutting.but he has always free and telling that it will take time.this is not fair and his behaviour like a owner attitude dress modeling and way of talking .as compared to habib it was 1 % be waste.
Business is not a matter behaviour is the top most for the business.

Wanted to complaint about loreal executive who do not have knowledge about what shade they are offering to customer and do not know what shades goes with which skintone, customer.

I buyed loreal infallible foundation from stanmax store netaji subhash place loreal counter new delhi. I went there very excited after reading about 180 reviews on infallible foundation and hence decided to buy. The sales executive shown me foundation and compact, even though i asked them to recheck the shade which goes on my skin. They advised the shade which they have tested n shown to me is the right shade for me but after coming home when the day came and i tried foundation while going out for movie it ruined my trust about brand, sales executives of loreal as foundation shade is totally mismatch its all white on my skin, a totally wrong shade what a rubbish an loreal executive do not know what they r offering and now as i opened it not sure whether they will return it or not. I wasted my money on foundation n compact of around inr2300.

Request you to please make a way out n return my products. Also appoint reliable trusted n knowledgeable executive else as a customer we lost interest in loreal as a brand. Hope company do not want to ruin relationship with there exicited customer who wabts to try new products and buy loreal brand things.

Fyi i buyed beige rose shade in foundation which i checked from other loreal counter in kamla nagar abd they confirmed this shade will not go with my skin tone.

Compact shade is beige.

Please look into this matter and arrange for replacement.

Hello, it is a completely a fake promotion.i booked my dangal movie ticket before 4 days and got msg dat dey will call or mail for confirmation. but after 12 days i got call after 2 mail of my complaint. dey suggest me to reuse the same authentication number for future bookig beforr 31st jan but now wen i m booking my movie ticket for kabil movie its showing wrong authentication number. so i think its just a time and money waste. even after complaint they respond very late till the date u alrdy watched d same movie and customer care num also always busy and out of coverage area. its my first exp with big city promotion and i found its
very bad.

Dear sir sombody is use ur brand name loreal salon in baran rajasthan without your permission. Or franchisies. I am your customer and i dont want to that misuse bed repotation so please i request you that imdient action to that person. I have used this loreal casting creme gloss twice now once in a salon and now at home but both 500 and 530 shades are nonsense.my hair were dark brown. i coloured them to choclate but they got black. what the??...wasted my 600rs...better would be to donate the money to charity rather than buying this stupid colour. now my hair are looking worse
