[Resolved]  Make My Trip .com — non provision of hotel stay after making the payment

i had made a booking with make my trip on 9 may 2011 for flights and hotel reservations for myself , my wife and daughter.

they had provided me with a deal of around Rs. 15,355 which includes flights booking two ways on 11th june 2011 and return on 16 june 2011 mumbai - goa- mumbai and stay at intercontinental lalit goa resort

my booking id is NP[protected]

Till today i have not received the Hotel booking confirmation ,

only flight booking will be of no use as where i will go and stay.

i had informed the same to them on several occasions to them on their hotline numbar but they used to keep my phone hang-up for 20-25 minutes and never used to reply to my queries.

i had even made a written request/complain online on 22nd June 2011, where i have been provided with reference nos of my complain being reference no.[protected]non confirmation of Hotels) and reference No.[protected]flights and hotel booking details).
