Complain against MARUTI SUZUKI and their authorized dealer T. R. Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd., Saraswati Vihar, Near Deepali Chowk, Outer ring road, Delhi – 110034 As your customer for a decade I am complaining you the truth with the hope to resolve as soon as possible and all thinformationns below are best of my knowledge. I sold my used EECO car Registration number DL8CU5044 to the authorized Dealer of Maruti Suzuki, T. R. Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd., A-16 & 17, Saraswati Vihar, Near Deepali Chowk, Outer ring road, Delhi – 110034 India but I can not received any of the document yet. Actually I bought this car from the same dealer for Rs. 3,47,000/- and financed with Mahindra Finance for Rs. 2,00,000/- Two Lacs which monthly installment is Rs. 7,196/- on 17th January 2012. After a year I wanted to exchange my car with new ERTIGA VDI of the same company and the same Dealer. The dealer has an another concern named TRUE VALUE , whose valuer ready to take back my old EECO car for the amount of Rs. 2,95,000/- with the commitment of condition that the financed amount of Mahindra Finance will be deposited by the Valuer or The Buyer and remain balance will be transferred to my new ERTIGA car. The dealer also said me to deposit the cash amount of Rs. 5,000/- as security for the N.O.C. which I shall get from Mahindra Finance after clearance of the borrowed outstanding amount, and I deposited there the same. I bought the new Ertiga car Registration No. DL8CU 8013 on 26th February 2013 after selling my old EECO car to the same dealer and he transferred only Rs. 1,56,500/- to my new buying car and promised to deposit the remain balance to Mahindra Finance directly within two days. When I got a reminder recovery call on 15th March 2013 at 3 pm from Mahindra Finance that my monthly installment is going BOUNCED, ECS RETURNED from my bank, I get shocked and immediately intimated to the dealer on the same day. Then the executive said that “I am not confirmed about the issue , you should contact to General Manager”. After contacting the General Manager on 16th March 2013 , he said “Don’t worry about the clearance of Mahindra Finance, which we can not paid yet due to my boss was out of India for the last 15 days, We are paying the balance amount tomorrow”. Now all of the concerns are unable to communicating me anything properly due to various causes. All the personnels were busy in their work as dedicated for MARUTI not for the customers. My credit has been lost due to bouncing of ECS and my CIBIL ruined by these concerns. I am thinking that your employees do not want to make relations with their loyal customers or Its may be the new policy of your Company/ Dealer. I am also feeling mentally harassment by the dealer and awaiting the response from you. Otherwise I bound to take legal action against such misrepresentation, misbehavior and breach of commitment.
