Maruti Suzuki SX4 — Bad Quality of Service and Even Denial of service in most of the times
I own a Maruti Suzuki SX4 having the registration number KA 17 M7372, my hometown is a place called Davanagere in Karnataka. Whenever i visit the Maruti Service Station here I fell like i am in a service station which does not belongs to Maruti Suzuki Ltd. The quality of service provided is not satisfactory and also the staff many times deny to service the car, quoting the reason that already many vehicles are in a queue for getting serviced. The Verdict is that once you buy a car from Maruti Suzuki there is nothing called as Customer Care its something called Customer you take care. If you mention something in particular say about engine oil change , they will not do it and once i got billed for engine oil change and upon seeing it , I asked them to show the engine oil can and then the service person went inside and brought a can and i am sure that the can was lying in the store for ages. This is the fate of most of the Service stations of Maruti Suzuki.Suzuki SX car — poor customer care
I own a Suzuki SX IV vehicle NO.TN01AD9111. The vehicle was sent to Maruthi service Masters, chennai for regular service after fixing appointment. I was assured that the vehicle will be picked up, serviced and returned in the same evening. The vehicle was picked up at the appointed time. Howeve er, they called me in the evening around 4-30 to say that they have received the vehicle and what work they should carry out. This was inspite of my briefing the Customer care Manager and also a written letter to him confirming what we had discusssed. Finally I was told the vehicle will be returned only the next day eveining and if I want the work to be carried out I can leave it or it will be returned. This amount to cheating a customer. They knew how many vehilce they can handle in a day and accoringly they should have made the bookings. I am put into lot of inconvenience. This happened last time too and they did not deliver on time.Maruti Suzuki SX4 — heating problem....
Dear sir/ madam.I mr.asif abba jumma model no.maruti suzuki SX4.
There is a very big problem of heating.suddenly car stop
for 3 hours....and start getting heats...so request u pls take action
or else send engg asap....

maruti sx4 — Bad service
Hi,I bought Maruti SX4 vxi model from Pune. Since then the experience with Maruti customer care was not at all encouraging.
1) Light on a roof was not functioning correctly. Maruti dealer (Sai Service, Pune) accepted that the part needs to be replaced. This was during first servicing in month of August 07. Since then the part is not available with Maruti. And due care was taken to inform me about the same.
2) Maruti started giving inbuilt CD player with newer vxi models. I received a call from Maruti Delhi office that as a courtesy old buyers will get coupons for the same. Now even after almost 4 months. I did not receive the coupons. Maruti is claiming that they were delivered to my home. But no one has used them. I told them repeatedly that I never received anything. But it seems that no one is interested in resolving the problem.
Looking at such a service going for another Maruti car or recommending the dealer to anyone is absolutely out of question.
